Grand Hyams certainly lived up to its five star rating. The superb facilities, the kind and caring staff who can’t do enough for you made our stay here unforgettable. Our room had a sweeping panoramic view of the beautiful bay that was breathtaking to wake up to. The room itself is super modern with all the plug-ins and electronic gadgets that you can imagine. Even the curtains were controlled remotely - treat yourself and book a room with included breakfast. The 41st floor restaurant is delightful and modern with floor to ceiling windows that give you 360° views of the city and ocean.The food selection at the buffet suits all tastes and has outstanding service. The complementary laundry service was amazingly well done, and a wonderful treat for travellers who need to refresh their clothing. From upper management down to room service everyone has worked tremendously to ensure we are having a fantastic holiday in Quy Nhon.Truly a five-star experience. We had expected to stay two nights, but had to increase it to four nights to savour the experience.

Staying at Maia resort was definitely a highlight of our trip in Vietnam! We spent 2 nights in late December, which is off-season. So here's the detailed review for those who'd like to stay during the winter months. - The room: we stayed in a Garden villa. It felt very nice and spacious for 2 people. More importantly, it felt very private although the room is attached to another villa. - The pool: we did not have a pool for our own but very much enjoyed the common pool for guests. The water might feel a bit cold as there's no heating system, but overall very swimmable. Since it's off-season, no one was at the pool except us. - The tennis court: it opens from 6:00 a.m to 8:00 a.m and is free for guests. This was super nice and we could book anytime we wanted (again, perhaps because it's off-season). We played 3 times and really enjoyed it. The rackets and balls were provided by the resort as well. - The restaurant: Very high-quality food and services. Dinners were included in the room price. We chose set menus and they were very well-designed with a good mix of flavors. The breakfast buffet was VERY nice! For hot dishes: super high-quality broth for Pho and other noodles. Really liked it! They cooked very good sticky rice and other food as well. All tasted very fresh and much better than the food we tried later on in another high-end hotel in Da Nang. - The spa: We did not have the opportunity to experience it, mainly due to the time. But they have a good menu of services and reasonable price. - The staff: Very nice and helpful! I'm surprised how quickly they acted on our questions. For instance, when I called asking about the water in the shower not being warm enough, they sent the maintenance team to us very quickly and the problem was solved within a good amount of time. - The surrounding: The ocean was very wavy and not swimmable, unfortunately. However, we could walk around the surroundings, which is nice.

For families with children swimming and adults bathing here, panoramic view of Quy Nhon city -The owner this apartment is very friendly and supports everything my family needs - If I have the opportunity to come back, I will definitely continue to stay here again.

This apartment was so spacious with a great view, nice clean and tidy place. Would definitely stay again. Had a washing machine, which was very handy.
