Featuring a terrace, restaurant and views of city, Sand Hotel is located in Cat Ba, 1 km from Cat Co 2 Beach. the owner is so kind and really knows what is means to provide a service. she was so available with all the requests we had. they even upgraded us to a better room. they have the possibility to rent scooters and we used their services also for the shuttle back to hanoi. i would recommend 1000%

The view at Ha Long Bay was amazing. The breakfast was very diverse and a lot of different offers and very delicious. Stuff was very helpful and friendly with organizing things. And they have a 24h reception and Check in.

Everything from collection to drop off was done with minimum fuss. Staff were exceptional and had no problems, Tam our wait staff was very attentive. And looked after us well.
