Attractively situated in the Ba Dinh district of Hanoi, The Flower Boutique Hotel & Travel is situated 1.1 km from Quan Thanh Temple, 1.1 km from Hanoi Old City Gate and 1.6 km from West Lake. The stuff was super friendly. I couldnt open the safe, so they opened it with forth. Upgraded my room for free. It was very clean and beautiful. Location was also good, close to the main touristic places but not loud.

Hotellet er nytt og fint. Bra beliggenhet med kort avstand til det meste. Personalet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme med blant annet booking av tur til Ninh Binh, spa og restaurantbesøk. Vi hadde det også veldig hyggelig i baren på taket hvor Christian og Ryan bøy på seg selv og ga oss flere anbefalinger til steder vi burde besøke. Alt i alt et veldig hyggelig besøk hos Meritel Hotel.

We had a little problem with the laundry, one of our t shirt returned with small stains, everything else was perfect. The kind manager Erik helped us and freed us of the laundry charge. The stay was perfecr, rooms cleaned and receptionists very helpful
