Beautiful elegant hotel well situated. Grand old hotel with all modern conveniences. Beautiful lobby and service was great except problems with repeated demagnetized key cards. Modern and well appointed rooms with large bathroom with separate tub and shower. Bed was comfortable. Nice little touches with complementary nuts, muffin and chocolates. Breakfast was fantastic with everything available. Elegant bar and dining room for breakfast. Nice patio outside to overlook Lake Lucerne. Overall little to complain about and much to laud. A true 5 star hotel.

La natura è molto bella.
La natura è molto bella. Il panorama spazia dalle zone collinari alle montagne più alte come il monte Pilatus. Dalla nostra terrazza si vedeva anche il lago di Lucerna. Per noi comunque Hellbuehl era il comodo appoggio per visitare Lucerna e la Svizzera Centrale. Noi ci spostavamo con mezzi propri e in 15/20 minuti di auto raggiungevamo la città di Lucerna. Molto bella. Da non perdere il giro del lago dei quattro cantoni e del lago di Uri. Splendide le cittadine di Altdorf e Brunnen. In genere i ristoranti in Svizzera sono cari. Noi abbiamo scoperto all'interno dei grossi supermercati/centri commerciali "Coop"il ristorante self-service dove si mangia bene con una media di 15 CHF a testa.

Stansstad è perfetta per allontanarsi dai prezzi di Lucerna e non rinunciare alla tranquillità. Ottima cittadina che vive più che altro nei mesi più caldi, ma che si presta come ottima base per la Svizzera centrale

Stanza bella, spaziosa e confortevole, con stupenda vista lago e balcone. Personale gentile, accogliente ed efficiente; in particolar modo il giovane signore che mi ha fatto check-in e check-out alla reception, mi ha aiutata più volte con competenza e simpatia (e in italiano). Posizione stupenda. Posteggio comodo e gratuito. Il Bus per Lucerna-centro ferma davanti all'hotel e con la prenotazione si riceve una carta che vale come giornaliera per i mezzi pubblici (Hotel - stazione Lucerna: 15 min). Spa piacevole e ben organizzata. Nel giardino/terrazza che affaccia sul lago, sono posizionate delle casette di legno dove per min 2 persone si può mangiare la fondue (formaggio e chinoise), separati dagli altri clienti. In alternativa c'é un ristorante à la carte. Ci tornerò certamente.

Friendly staffs, thanks to the driver taking us from and to the station, we had two heavy luggages which making walking difficult, but it is only 10mins walk from the station to the hotel. Great outdoor areas. Best breakfast of the month in Europe, wide variety and everything tastes really good. The pool and spa were great also.

Dal punto di vista paesaggistico Rigi Kaltbad è semplicemente fantastico, la SPA non è grandissima ma mi piace anche per questo, è tenuta molto bene e trovo che sia un’ottima iniziativa sia quella di fare in modo che sia incluso nel prezzo il godimento della stessa i giorni in cui si soggiorna nell’hotel, sia il fatto che sia riservata ai clienti dalle 8 alle 10 di mattina. Un’oasi di quiete immersi nella natura. Ho trascorso un soggiorno perfetto.
