Situated in Murten, 15 km from Forum Fribourg, Zimmerei features a garden and views of the city. Private room on the top floor, modern and clean, with a private bath and nice decor. Coffee machine and electric kettle provided in the room along with pods, teabags, and cream (always a plus when you're backpacking and cannot carry all you want). Blinds allowed for a great night sleep, so did the comfy bed and the air conditioner. There was even a TV which allowed us to catch an international track and field meet, and fall asleep on it. Breakfast was well organized; it did not include meat or eggs but had an assortment of bread, cheeses, and yogurts, along with orange juice. A nice yard with tables and chairs provided a green, intimate space to lounge, right inside of the walled city.

Overlooking Neuchatel's rooftops or Lake Neuchatel, Hotel Alpes & Lac is opposite the main train station. It offers comfortable rooms and free Wi-Fi. Beliggenheten var fantastisk. Jeg hadde ikke booket rom med utsikt over sjøen men ble gratis og uoppfordret oppgradert til det. Utsikten over sjøen og over til de høye Alper var fantastisk. Rommet var i øvrig rommelig og rent. Sengen noe hard, men grei. Wifi'en var til gjengjeld noe treg. Et ekstra pluss er at man ved oppholdet får vouchers til parkeringskjelleren rett over for hotellet samt til offentlige transportmidler (inklusive rutebådene) og til museene som det er flere av i byen.

Med sin ideelle beliggenhet, kun 200 meter fra innsjøen og i nærheten av Neuchâtel sentrum og taubanen (som tar deg til jernbanestasjonen på 3 minutter), er Hotel Des Arts et praktisk utgangspunkt. Comfortable bed(s). Large shower room with hand/hair/body wash. Balcony with lake view (did pay extra for balcony room) was great to sit out on. Friendly and courteous staff - reception and cleaners and at breakfast. My birthday was during the stay - lovely touch of food and drink in the room when came back that evening! Very good location for the lake, museums, park and places to eat and drink.

Located at Neuchâtel's harbour, Best Western Premier Hotel Beaulac is just a 2-minute walk from the historic city centre and the university. We had a lake view room, that besides the amazing view over the late with mountains in the background, also gave us a sense of privacy with a large terrace. A lot of great restaurants within walking distance Bathroom facilities is very nice

The nice B&B HOTEL Lully 3 Lakes is located on a rest area on the A1/E25 motorway in the beautiful Three Lakes region, only 20 minutes away from Berne or Lausanne and 1 hour from Geneva airport. When one is travelling for work, it's always incredibly relaxing to be welcomed by great staff and here with Monsieur Etienne it was just smooth, fast and friendly. Before I knew it, I could already enjoy the soft bed and pillows and start refilling my batteries before my early morning start. Thank you very much.

I really liked my stay, it was very unique. The owner and personal are super friendly! Welcome drink was a very nice surprise 😋
