Hotel situat al centre de Zermatt, aprop de restaurants, botigues i de les estacions. Des de la nostra habitacio son fantàstiques les vistes del Matterhorn. El personal molt acollidor, tots molt amables disposats a ajudar en tot. El buffet de l’esmorzar amb molta varietat i de molta qualitat en especial els formatges , un chaumes boníssim, Bona qualitat del cafe. Detalls molt importants com begudes del mini-bar gratuïtes, sabatilles de regal i un petit detall al fer el check-out. un hotel per recomanar i si tornem a Zermatt tornarem segur

El silenci,tot l'apartament es confortable,no li falta detall,la cuina hi ha de tot,el bany molt bé, la terrassa increïble amb vistes al Matterhorn , el llit perfecte,espaiós apartament! Hi ha zona de sauna de vapor i sauna seca , perfecte, molt net i amb tovalloles!

Apartament molt ben distribuit. Amb vistes perfectes al matterhorn. Disposa d’una habitació gran amb un armari que es converteix en llit doble, i una altre amb sofà-llit i una taula per menjar. La cuina esta totalment equipada i el lavabo esta força be.

La ubicació. Les vistes al Matterhorn son extraordinàries. Val la pena aixecar-se a l'alba per admirar el sol reflectit en aquesta muntanya meravellosa. L'apartament és ampli i ben equipat. Molt comfortable.

Very good facilities and location. The restaurant Grill offers amazing food, and the blood Mary at the bar is simply the best.

Hotel management is excellent. They thought of everything to make your stay pleasant. Kids menu at restaurant was everything we needed.

Staffs are sooooooo friendly. Sooner or later I will visit here one more time . And at that time , I will stay here for a long time. And pick up and drop off service is wonderful and comfort.

Stunning property with a unique access through a tunnel and elevator directly to the hotel.

This was the best hotel during our holidays. We liked everything as it felt like "home away from home". We were welcomed by smiley and helpful lady at the reception who explained us the rules and gave the maps. Room was amazing, the owners clearly pay attention to the details - the decor of the room, comfy beds, bathrobes, coffee/tea facilities, lovely views from the balcony and welcome card message to our family with bars of chocolate in the shape of Matterhorn mountain :-) It made us smile. The spa and swimming pool are the oasis of tranquility - we were the only guests there and we enjoyed it to the max. Swimming pool is huge, it changes colours, at spa you can make yourself tea and relax. AMAZING. We also used hotel restaurant - the food was delicious but what made us feel welcome was the visit of the owner who approached each table. This says a lot a about the hotel and "CARING" for their guests. We also had a chance to meet the owner at the breakfast where we expressed our gratitude and compliments. Breakfast was very rich and tasty with plenty of options to choose from (the local products are so tasty, bread, cheese from the mountains...all yummy). In addition there is fresh orange juice and you may enjoy a glass of prosecco. Thank you to the entire FAMILY JULEN for hosting us - we will definitely be back :-)

The location is the best in Zermatt, the staff was very helpful spicaly Mr. Faisal, he was very kind and well knowledged. The concierge guys have answers for all my questions. And I am very sorry to forget the breakfast buffet manger because he were the best guy ever and has the most positive energy while serving people on the morning.

This was one of the most magnificent hotels we’ve ever stayed in and easily the best on our most recent European vacation. Everything about this hotel is wonderful! The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, the room was big and perfectly appointed with a wonderful balcony overlooking the centre of Zermatt and the glorious Matterhorn peak making for the most picturesque holiday photos. The bathroom is excellent with a dreamy shower and even a two in one toilet that rinsed your behind with warm water (much better than a bidet which we can never work out in Italy!) Breakfast was also delicious and served in the delightful, old world charm dining room that also serves as the Lusi Brasserie in the evening, (and make sure you book that ahead for dinner because that was also exceptional!) And don’t miss the pool, sauna, steam room and ice room! Just fantastic! All staff were of the highest quality and in particular front desk staff member Julia was also wonderful organising our departure transport and answered all of our questions during our stay. Highly recommend this superb hotel and we can’t wait to return!

The rooms were great, bedding very comfortable, the spa was incredible, the staff was amazingly nice, the breakfast was the best I had on my trip— included! They had free mini-bar items, robes, etc. this was the best hotel on my trip and was not the most expensive.

Amazing hotel in Zermatt! The staff were brilliant, especially Norberto and Amanda! They even gave me a gift (some luxury slippers) as we were on our honeymoon!! Which I absolutely love!! Central location, 5 min walk from Zermatt train station, superb views of the Matterhorn, tasty food, hot tub was lovely. We will definitely be back one day. Thanks again guys for an excellent stay xx

The view from the hotel is something outstanding and the fact that you can take hikes just from the hotel was incredible. The view of the Matterhorn is amazing.
