DESIGN SUITES Boutique Hotel - Adults Only features an outdoor swimming pool, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Santa Maria. The hotel met all my expectations. Large room, large comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. A large balcony with armchairs and a dryer for wet clothes. A well-cooled refrigerator with space has ice. There is a bag with towels and blankets for the beach in the room. Bathrobe. Breakfasts are served on the rooftop with a beautiful view of the ocean and city. The breakfast is good enough and I was full. I like the fact that it is calm, quiet and cozy there, like home. We also ate breakfast in the silence of our home. There is a small swimming pool where you can take amazing photos. We contacted the manager via WhatsApp and arranged a meeting on site. She is a very nice and professional person. The hotel is of European standard with the addition of local local food and atmosphere. The view is overlooking some of the residents, so you can observe what a Cabover resident's day looks like every day. Its safe. I highly recommend this hotel.

Super friendly staff and very helpful support by Dory for clarifying important details beforehand and organizing individual activities and transfers. Great location, 2 min walk from the most beautiful beach on Sal. Would highly recommend for an individual stay on Sal, instead of resort holidays.

Situated 300 metres from Parish of Our Lady of Sorrows in Santa Maria, Porto Antigo Hotel BB welcomes guests with a restaurant and bar. Rooms have a TV. The room was great, kept clean and refreshed. The pool was also excellent and very clean. The location was perfect in Santa Maria. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome for our entire stay.

Everything, from Staff, to the room, to the breakfast was all perfect. The windows are very soundproof, so it was no issue to stay there also during the noisy weekend.
