Close to Beach and ferry and food

Well located , was at the begging of Chora. Very nice the rooms , like a little houses ,clean and very pleasant and helpful staff.

The room, the bed, the pillows…. were exceptional!!! The location, the pool, the staff, everything was fantastic!

Nytt, fräscht väldigt snyggt boende strax innan Chora, Folegandros. Välutrustat kök med bra diskmöjlighet mm. Bra dusch! Bra klädskåp med många galgar. Myggmaskin! Väldigt trevlig uteplats för måltider och mys med fantastisk utsikt mot Panagiakyrkan ovanför Chora. Blev hämtade vid försenade färjan i sena natten av vänliga Myrtia som dagen efter mötte upp igen och gav oss karta och information om ön, även skjuts till avresefärjan.

Clean, great location, excellent price, washing machine (I needed to ask for directions), responsive host (though we didn’t meet her — always available on booking messages), reserved parking (though a bit rocky and the nearby free public parking is also fine). Good bathroom, well stocked kitchen, very quiet.

Loved everything about this place! Dimitris and the rest of the staff are all so kind and friendly and it is clear they have thought of all the little details to make sure people have a good holiday... they definitely made sure we felt looked after! The pool area is wonderful with plenty of loungers and beautiful bougainvillea/other plants complementing the space. We had a great room with a back terrace looking out towards the church on the hill and a roof top with lounge chairs to gaze at the stars. Wifi was good... as was the buffet breakfast. Really appreciated the pick-up from and drop-off to the port. Highly recommend buying a limoncello spritz while you are here. Cannot recommend this place enough and was sad to leave... but hope to go back one day!

Det var ett toppenboende, hotellet låg fem minuters promenad från den pittoreska staden. Ett av de bästa hotellen vi bott på i den grekiska övärlden. Fin pool, bra frukost och servicevänlig personal. Vi blev uppgraderade till superior rum med utsikt över pool och stan.

highly recommend Niko’s rooms. Everything was perfect, very cozy place, beautiful view, lovely people, located in the heart of the center (close to chora’s squares and beautiful sunsets points). if there’s space in the courtyard you can even park scooters and quads. otherwise the city parkings / bus stop are very close (max 5 min walk). thanks for everything

Perfect view from the room, walkable distance from city Centre. Big and relaxing apartment, daily cleaning service really appreciated

We absolutely loved kyma sto phos! The room and terrace were beautiful, and located right next to the centre of Chora.

This was our favorite stop on our 2 weeks in the Greek Isles. The rooms and view were stunning. The breakfast, which was seved on the patio facing the mountains and sea, was the best that I have ever had while travelling. Yiannis, the proprietor, was prompt at the ferry pickup, and helpful in assiting with local needs (restaurants, rental car).

Just where do we start?! The service was 6 stars the whole way, from the Porsche Cayenne pick up, to the delicious breakfasts, to the helpful and friendly staff, super kind owner, comfortable room full of beautiful touches, to the astounding view from your personal sunbed and plunge pool. This property made our greece holiday!

Very friendly host - They made our trip remarkable - great location - especially if you want to relax and calm down from busy islands like Mykonos etc..

Wow, just amazing. The location is breathtaking,waking up to this beautiful wild scenery of the blue sea along with the dramatic mountainous area - love it! The room was very spacious and clean , the bed is super comfy and the people are so nice and helpful . Felt like home. In terms of distance , really close to the chora and port by car. Also, if you like to walk, you can do a little bit of hiking and arriving at agios nikolaos beach. Simply felt amazing staying there - the staff was so polite! Thank you!

perfect location and nice view. The room is perfect for a vacation. the jacuzzi makes our stay spectacular. The host is a nice and polite person, he knows how to make the guest happy. I am looking forward to going back there. Thanks
