Super helpful and friendly staff who could speak English. Really nice and spacious rooms. Loved the Tatami mat room. Shower was one of the best ive had in Japan. Delicious home cooked breakfast in the morning. Coffee machine on site was available when we arrived - 9pm, and then again at breakfast. Would love to stay again.

This was the best hotel from our trip to Hokkaido. The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast room had a great view of the valley covered in snow, and the breakfast food had a great variety. There was also wine tasting at reception, parking and free laundry facilities. The staff was very nice and made our stay great!

Spacious rooms compared to standard Japanese hotels. Loved having a couch next to the tv. Big, delicious breakfast every morning. Gareth and Rika, the owners, couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. Was thankful for the shuttle up to the lifts every morning, even though it’s a short walk.

Situato a Furano, a 2,6 km dal Giardino Windy e a 2 km dall'ufficio di Furano, lo CHALET BURLAP FURANUI offre un salone in comune e l'accesso diretto alle piste sciistiche. The hotel was very nice and clean and all the staff are very hospitable. The room was more spacious than I thought and gets a pretty good view of the city too. Overall I would recommend it to anyone who comes to ski in Furano. The value for the price was truly amazing, and they also have very good breakfast! don't miss out.
