Camera pulita, accogliente, acqua calda, giochi da tavolo, ombrelli, acqua, the, caffè, … c’è tutto, anche il phon! Terrazza con vista stupenda, dove Uppali porta una colazione wow! Uppali farà di tutto per te! Verrà a prenderti in stazione e ti accompagnerà ovunque ad una cifra onestissima. È sempre disponibile, risponde subito ai messaggi. Più di così !!

C'è il parcheggio privato, solo che per arrivare all hotel ci sono 3 discese molto ripide.

The rooms are spacious and VERY clean, the bed 10/10 the breakfast exceptional, varied and very generous but what is also important during a stay is the meeting with the owners. Obey, the owner is extremely kind. limits, he is generous in everything, he is available, but above all he LOVES what he does! he is always ready to help and make his guests have a very pleasant stay. It was a favorite during our stay in Sri Lanka I sincerely RECOMMEND this hotel to ELLA thank you again Obey Vincente CANNATA

The staff was really friendly and helping. The view was magnificient, as was the room. Hot streaming water, a bath, good bed.. It s far enough from ella to enjoy the relaxing and quite nature but also at walking distance from ella. We loved our daily walks to ella, watching the train as we were walking... 😍

Attentive and friendly staff who seem just genuinely delightful. live music in the restaurant in the evening, incredible food - both breakfast and dinner!!! So peaceful and just lovely all round after a hectic couple of weeks travelling round Sri Lanka.

We were super surprised at how big the room was, especially since we paid so little! The balcony was also a lovely addition. Big big big bonus points for the king size bed - loved it. The staff were extremely kind and they offer a tuk tuk service to bring you to and from Ella city center. Also, right on top of the hotel (literally 2’ uphill walk) is the 3arch bridge - the least famous sibling to the 9 arch one. We were lucky enough to see trains passing there and it was wonderful! We can only recommend! Thanks again.
