Clarion Hotel Umeå has a fitness centre, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Umeå. With free WiFi, this 4-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most.
Scandic Kiruna

Boasting a bar, Scandic Kiruna is situated in Kiruna in the Norrbotten region, 5.7 km from Kiruna Train Station and 3.7 km from Kiruna Bus Station. The hotel is right at the entrance in Kiruna, from south, and it has a very imposing architecture, the bar at the 12th floor offering an amazing view until far distance. At the ground floor there are the lounge/bar and the restaurant, with great food options (buffet for breakfast and a-la-carte for dinner). Also there is a gym at 11th floor with basic but enough utilities for most needs. at 12th floor there's a sky-bar which exceeds the view and I fully recommend. The room was very spacious and with comfy beds, nice and clean bathroom. The daily cleaning is not by-default, if you need cleaning one day you need to ask at the reception. A special mention for the very helpful and supportive staff, both at reception and at bar/restaurant. We really liked it and fully recommend!

The location was perfect, right close to downtown, but also not right in the thick of it. Highly recommend!
