I arrived very early in the morning, I was so tired after spending the night in Istanbul Airport and they offered me tea and breakfast and gave me immediately the keys of the room to allow me to rest. They were so kind to explain to me what to do and where to go, and we spent some quality time talking about a lot of super interesting things. The structure is clean and quiet. I would have stayed definitely longer if there were more things to do or see in Erzurum or more nature. The staff they're the best, so kind and welcoming. They even accompanied me to the bus stop to make sure that I got to the right one. Everything was better quality than I expected at the room. The price & quality relationship is incredibly good in this region of Turkey. I don't think you can find better. The location is the best, in the very center, with all the main attractions at less than 10 min walk distance.
