And the staff was very friendly, they always asked us if everything was good and we even got a kind of personal assitance person that we could text at any time if we had questions or requests! They also upgraded our room without asking and without any extra cost which was a very positive surprise! 10/10 experience!

Very friendly and incredibly helpful staffs! They provided us many great advices for our first trip in Halong. The hotel, located in Hon Gai, is not very close to the tourist center which is in other side of the Bai Chay bridge. However, you can find affordable foods and discover the true lifestyle of local habitants and can walk to HaLong market and ride shortly to other attractive places such as Quang Ninh museum, Hon Gai beach.

Love the location close to the park, you can exercise and walk around the ho co tien( angel pond) Few minutes walk to the seafood market and all the street food around. The most helpfully and friendly staff, I wanted to rent a motorbike for afew hours in the evening, they didn't have one so the staff lent me thiers also they just charged me gas money. Everything, the bed was comfortable, the room and the bathroom was spacious. It was clean and airy with many storage space, sockets and a television. Room looked like just on the pictures. No plastic bottles but the water was served in glass jars instead. The host was kind and caring, helped me to get to the island and also book shuttles to get back to Hanoi. They gave me a lift at my departure and at my leaving. Got nice suggestions where to eat and they let to use their bike to cycle around on the island. I had an amazing time here that I am super grateful for!
