Very well maintained resort which invites to relax and have a good time.

The room was very spacious and clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We had a newly renovated room at the back of the property that was very quiet. I loved the decor of the resort, and the stone walls and water features. There were two restaurants on site, which was handy, as there are not many other choice for food in the area. I especially loved the s'mores that were offered by the fire in the evening!

Our room was clean there was plenty to do on the property and the resort is only a few minute drive from the grand canyon.

Great location, facilities and all round resort

Staff was friendly. Room was easy to find, clean, and comfortable. As many have noted in their reviews, it's not a resort, but I was not expecting that. For the price it is better than most similar motels I have been to. The shower was the nicest I have ever seen in a hotel.

The staff were very friendly and quick to act and the customer service was excellent, when we reported a fault with the bathroom and we were upgraded to compensate us for the room move. The room was very well appointed and the food in the restaurant was very good and the free laundry was a real bonus, being part way through a west coast tour. You can’t get a closer resort to the Grand Canyon and it was a perfect place to overnight on a whistle stop tour. You know it’s good when you wish you had booked a further night.

The clerk refused to credit one of the rooms that was canceled. Also, they do not disclose their Tax and resort fees in advance of booking.

Totally worth the money, great resort with everything that you need.

I stay at your property every few months and just sincerely love the kindness of each staff member I’ve encountered. I’ve appreciated the accessibility to the resort as a whole, the thorough service provided, great room service overall, room + bathroom size. #BigFan

Loved pretty much everything! The resort is great, the kids loved all the outdoor activities, the shower in the room is huge and feels luxurious. The beds are heavenly! It’s a gorgeous resort.
