Featuring a shared lounge, the property is located within 14 km of Punaluʻu Black Sand Beach. Guests can enjoy garden views. Each room includes a private bathroom with a shower, while some rooms are fitted with a patio. A fitness centre & game room are available, and guests can pick their own in season fruits and macadamia nuts from the property as well. It was a last minute booking late afternoon and a very good surprise! The place is an estate, surrounded with macadamia nuts trees and other fruit trees. Our room was big, comfortable with maximum privacy. Kelly and her son running the place wonderfully happy to help ans share their knowledge of the area.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. We were very impressed with our unit, the location and the resort's facilities. Even if it is not by the sea side, it is only 6 miles from Lava Lava public beach and 10 miles for the state park. The location allowed us to explore around. Also it is close to a large grocery store which was super convenient.

Located on Kona Coast in Hawaii, this tropical garden resort is less than one mile from Kahaluu Beach. It features a restaurant, tennis court and villas with a fully-equipped kitchen. The resort has 2 outdoor pools, 3 hot tubs and a sauna. The suite was super spacious and we had access to every facility and amenity we could want (much more than we had time for). We appreciated having a lot of space, great cleanliness, and a fully equipped kitchen even though we didn't plan to cook, and having pool towels was useful, as well as access to snorkel rentals. The staff was kind and helpful. Abundant parking. It felt very safe and easy to get around and into our suite. Overall excellent experience and value for money.
