The hotel was just like the photos, very clean, very well located and the most helpful and friendly staff. Eric on reception catered to our every need such as laundry, help with renting a scooter and even recommended a brilliant tailor. I could not recommend this hotel enough.

Beautiful hotel, relaxing environment. Staff were really friendly and attentive and always keen to help. Lovely pool and breakfast. Free bike hire and we got a free massage for staying there. Highly recommend it and would definitely go back if in Hoi an again!

Bel Marina Hoi An Resort is within a convenient 7-minute walk from Hoi An Ancient Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Amazing location and the hotel staff provided excellent customer service. Within walking distance of everything in Hoi An. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of foods. The pool was very relaxing and the happy hour was great.

Dung the receptionist was exceptionally kind and helped us to change room to a quiet one, since there is a little farm behind with rooster and ducks, A natural alarm clock. Food in the restaurant is excellent as well.

They really were so friendly and approachable, they made our stay extra special, especially as we were there at Christmas. It is a lovely hotel, rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and there is a huge range of choice. We definitely hope to come back and stay again!

If you're at the resort on Saturday, stay for the BBQ night, you won't regret it. -The resort has a shuttle bus to old town is several schedules during the day and night. -Many other good things can be said about the resort, such as the happy hour at the pool bar, the rooftop, etc. but the best thing is to go and try it. -We did not receive any monetary or other compensation from the resort for making this review, however this review serves to show how much we enjoyed staying there.

Located in Hoi An, 4.4 km from Assembly Hall of Chaozhou Chinese Congregation, Hoi An Eco Lodge & Spa provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a... This was our favorite stay in Vietnam. We loved every second of it. It was nice to get out of the business of Hoi An and just relaxing by the pool. We received afternoon coffee and snacks every day and the breakfast was also really good! The staff were so welcoming and helped with everything. The pool was amazing and very quiet at most times (we didn’t stay by the main pool - there are 2).
