Location is very good, close to beach and restaurants, staff were very nice, contacted immediately after checking out and helped us to retrieve our lost ipad-pro.

Sounds crazy but the soap/shampoo dispensers either didn't work or were empty. I understand the cost cutting benefits these types of dispensers offer hoteliers but seriously that is taking things too far. I could have stayed 3 star for much less and got a bar of soap provided :)

Think it was over price comparison to other hotels in the area. Should of been 450.00 for the two nights as was on a Sunday and Monday night

There was a little mixup with our suitcases being delivered to our room due to our being given a different room on check in as the one originally allocated to us was not ready when we arrived. This problem was quickly sorted by the staff after a phone call to reception.

Great Breakfast facilitates and polite and friendly staff. The location was great for the reunion that we were attending. The handy access to the Gold Coast Tramline was good for access to the various outings that had been arranged. Parking facilities for our hire car were also very good. We quite enjoyed the little touch of French to the service.

We had a much bigger room this time (714). Their were lovely views through to the ocean and was especially good at night .

After booking we were charged an extra $25 per day for carparking. This should be illegal or at least confirmed before booking. Basically adding to the already over inflated accommodation rate. I will go elsewhere, likely Peppers across the street with bigger rooms. Breakfast was very expensive compared to local restaurants for half the price.

check-in took ages, waiting for 15+ mins with 2 people ahead of me. Road (hoon) noise was very loud throughout the night even from 16th floor.

The elevators were a silly set up. No guarantee you would get the elevator to the basment. The room wasn't cleaned the greatest. The balcony was tiny. Definitely wasn't worth the money but none the less i enjoyed the stay

You cannot get just a coffee or something light for breakfast in their restaurant. It is either the $45 full breakfast, room service or you go out to find something. Room only has nescafe instant coffee saches. Pretty poor for the type and standard of hotel

Dreadful bars and restaurant such a shame. Dining area bar is tiny and has gross orange lighting The larger bar is like a low class SRL. Soulless. Missed a trick. Breakfast not included Must use elevator- can’t walk downstairs- fire doors would not open to ground floor

Good location, good facility good staff. We were lucky enough to have a great view from our room. Everything we wanted was in arms reach. Plenty to do close by. Beach was spectacular and within a short walk from the hotel.
