The apartment is very spacious and it was clean. The bathroom and the kitchen were equipped with everything we should need, from cutlery, pans, dishes, coffee maker to detergent, soap, and shampoo. The host was very friendly. Even though she doesn.t speak English, she uses Google Translate and the communication goes smoothly. Also, the Wi-Fi connections was great. The apartment is pet friendly, which is amazing.

The indoor swimmimg pool in the spa centre wasn't warking which was a dissapointment for me and the kids as it was the main reason why I have decided to choose this appartment.

The host was very helpfull and answered all the questions we had.Great terrace to enjoy cup of coffee.Loved the location.Close to the shops, restaurants and beach.Free parking and car rental office on site which was very handy.Bus stop to Burgas city just accross the road from the complex and operates frequently.

The apartment was really nice next to the pool. Our host was very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of restaurants and shops near the hotel. The beach is quite close. We enjoyed our stay very much. I recommend it to everyone.

The parking lot could be a bit bigger. Also the receptionists could be a bit more polite - once they told us that we can park anywhere in front of the complex and later on they argued with us why are we parking there.

Excellent locality, in front of the apartment is a swimming pool that can be used free of charge. Very well equipped. A lot of places to visit around the complex. Great communication with the landlord.

We are delighted with the stay and with how Natalia and her husband welcomed us. We arrived before midnight, Natalia's husband was waiting for us at the airport and drove us straight to the apartment. It was very nice for us because we have small children. All the necessary facilities awaited us in the apartment, and even more - Natalia took care of everything, including the needs of our young children. In addition, she bought the necessary items for breakfast the next day. The apartment itself is fully equipped, including a washing machine and dishwasher. There is nothing missing here. You have access to a terrace from which you go straight to the pools. There is a good restaurant and other amenities on site, the beach is only 250-300 meters away (on google maps it looks further, but trust me, it is very close). Natalia discreetly asked every day if we needed anything, she was always at hand. We didn't count on that much, and now we're wondering when to come back. The beach is big, clean and very nice - and most importantly - sandy (the kids appreciated it). There is a bar with good food and a nice owner. A really nice trip for a family with children!

The selective waste collection wasn't OK on the street. After three days it was full and it was emptied only once a week.

This apartment is only 15 minutes walk from the Airport and it could be found easily. Our plane landed late at night and during our walking, we felt that the city is absolutely safe. On our arrival, unfortunately, we couldn't find the room, but the ladies in the restaurant helped us. We could call the apartment clerk after midnight and with her help, we could check in to the room after a long busy day. The facility was clean and absolutely mounted. The swimming pool is so close, the beach is about 7 minutes walk and two small groceries were very close to the apartment. The restaurant in the hotel was absolutely OK and on top of that, the accommodation clerk was absolutely helpful. During the one week, we could have a rest, cook a fine meal, drink fine red wines, play with the children and it was a very good experience for all of us. On the last day, she found a solution to store our luggage until we left the facility. So I absolutely recommend this accommodation for families.
