Everything was perfect. Price is very good, it is perfectly clean, I liked the breakfast, pool is perfect and the pool bar meets our expetations and needs. Staff is friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is good, because it is near beautiful beach and it is in the middle of flowers and trees , so you forget about how Bulgaria looks on the streets.

Location is not the best, it’s pretty far from the Golden Sands beach and the beaches around the property are not the best, they are full of algae and did not have too many facilities, however the beaches around have really cheap prices. The showers in the room had a weird setting, due to the shower pear spreading the water too much. Wifi connection is unstable and very slow most of the time.

Rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and beach was close. Food was diverse enough and you also get a free drink at dinner and breakfast. It’s a good location for a relaxing vacation, far from the crowds and nightlife.

The pool was great, for kids and adults. Room was way bigger than expected. Beds and mattress of high quality. Tediously continous cleaning, room and communal area keep to a high standards. Food was great! I would recommend half board! Reception went up and down to fulfill all our requests. The price was HALF of what competition wants for simmilar or less services, and I've been around this beautiful area a lot! I greatly recommend, all my friends already been adviced.

Location of the hotel is very difficult, during the day is beach busy but after 18:00 there are most of shops/ice creams/bars closed on the beach. If you want to reach Golden Sand city center is aproximetly 3km walk which is not one of pritiest one which we experienced (missing or crackled sidewalk, partly with no public light).

Nice hotel, with kind staff, rooms were spacious, balcony big enought, there is possibility to park in privat closed area (better to book your parking space upfront). Nice beach and grocery store, restaurant was 10 min walk. If you are looking for a very quiet location, its good choice. We choosed breakfast and dinner, every day there was small change of food, but it wasnt micheline star restaurant, i would appreciate more fresh dishes and larger variety of desserts.

The coffee machine for breakfast could be changed with another one to produce a better coffee in the morning, but well, we had the option to order good coffee from the bar. The curtains are too light and, as a suggestion, changing them with darker curtains would be better for a longer and better resting time. It has nothing to do with the hotel, but even though the beach is nice, quiet and clean, the resort is dirty unfortunately. All the trash was left on the streets, the same trash was not picked up from day 1 to day 6 when we left. Going from this nice hotel to a nice quiet beach, but encountering mountains of trash and bad smells every step of the way was not very pleasant. I do not understand the local officials. Normally, they should want to attract tourists not to scare them away. Anyway, we liked Hotel Exotica and Kabakum beach so as to put this aside and see the good parts only.

Hotel Exotica is a green oasis near the Kabakum beach (7mins walking), the staff (including the manager) are nice and welcoming, the hotel itself and the pool are kept clean at all times, the rooms are large and the beds comfortable, the air conditioning functions properly (which is a must in hot days), the food is tasty and always more than enough, the price and the services are in good balance and I wish to congratulate them for that. All in all, it was a good experience at a good price and we really think about coming back the next year.

There was some sand in some parts of the room from the previous guests that was probably missed by the cleaning staff. Thr curtains are thin and sunlight comes into the room early in the morning. The area in which the hotel is located is not very well maintained (not the hotel's fault) but it's quiet and the beach is ok.

Comfortable bed, clean room, good wifi, nice staff, good breakfast. Nice clean pool. Parking places available in front of the hotel if the courtyard is full. Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the beach and there are restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel.

What impressed me right from the beginning was the staff. Especially the manager of the hotel and the lady who was managing the restaurant and the bar. They were just incredible hosts and created an awesome atmosphere. It is clear that they have a lot of experience with guests and know how to take care of their hotel. This makes the difference between hotel Exotica and the other hotels in the area. The whole facility is clean and well kept. Enough parking spots, big rooms, nice terraces and comfortable beds. The rooms have great air conditioning and a fridge. The pool area is nice and shiny. The breakfast at the restaurant was good with enough varieties. I would recommend the hotel also for it being near to a supermarket and other local restaurants.
