It was filthy, no cold water was running out of the sink, the bathroom window was broken, no staff was seen around, no more papel towel throughout our stay and overall the building was about to fall apart

No kettle so can't make noodles, this is especially bad with the food quality from the super markets majority of days for lunch, i eat nutella and bread, cereal and takeaways. A kettle would be good. I don't hear any pipes from other rooms using water the only instance is when they use it for tap but, never for shower same for my room.

The bed does not have bad spring, it's not like a mat or a cushioned bench it's better, decent bed. Has decent WiFi and only been of twice for half a day in the 31 nights i was there, the download speed at daytime is decent. The door has got a new hindge, which is nice probably insurance covers it. There is a table and place to put items. It is a good price at £13 a night put the price gets a hike when people only stay 10 or 20 days.

Not clean and bad smell in the corridors and at the reception, doors to rooms with unsafe locks, leaving documents and personal belongings is unsafe in our opinion, the bathroom is not heated in winter and requires renovation, it is unpleasant to take a shower, room requires renovation as well, there is no refrigerator, electric kettle and hairdryer .

It is really not worth nearly 30eur per night. More accurate will be 15-18 per night. I changed the room as the first looks terrible - worn floor with holes, stains on the walls, peeling off wallpapers - but have to admit, it was really clean. The second room was better, with no stains and compact floor. Room doors frame looked like it were broken out few times Not nice part of the city, but cheap. But not worth the money. The property needs to be completely revamped. The Beds are super old and you can feel the coils.. that being said I slept strangely well here 🤣 No elevator I think the building just needs to be updated as well with the furnishings.

It is not the cleanest, “newest”, freshest place but was aware after reading other reviews so expected. It is what you get for the nice low price. Showers could have curtains because the whole bathroom got wet but it is manageable

My booking said breakfast was included, but really breakfast is 4 leva (that's really cheap, but not free). The smell in the bathroom was offputting, and previous guests have noted it, so it's diappointing that it hasn't been addressed. But it wasn't really a factor utlimately, because I was able to mitigate it by covering the drain and keeping the door closed with the fan running.

The location is great, only 1 minute by foot from Lavov Most train station, which is quite central. The area is touristy, with lots of attractions in Sofia within easy walking distance. However, at night, the area quiets down a lot: most of the businesses are closed by 9 or 10, and it starts to feel a bit uncomfortable. I guess that's what Sofia is like. My room was comfortable, with a towel provided. The smell in the bathroom was really terrible; there's a problem with sewer gas coming up from the shower drain, so I covered the drain with the garbage can and left the bathroom fan running constantly. I was very happy with the price I paid, mostly because the location was great, the WiFi was fast and free, check-in was easy, THE AIR CONDITIONING WORKS, and the room was clean.
