The food quality can be improved

Entertainment for the kids and adults every night. The room was cleaned every day. Facilicies of the hotel with 1 indoor and 3 outdoor pools. Location near the beach, max 10 min walk. The hotel park was good enough, altough its quite small for high season

beach: There is a mini bus but it is a battle to get on.During lunch time no bus for 1.5 hours. Very limited choice of all inclusive drinks on the beach. We went only once and did not want to “fight” anymore to get on the minibus or not being able to get on and wait on the sun for another 20min… wifi: almost no internet, anywhere in the hotel, due to traffic I guess. Parking: 20lv/day but seems like this is general pravtice in Golden Sands to pay for hotel parking food and beverages: the alcohol is really bad quality. Enough choice of food, but quality wise was not so good. Long waiting for the few things that were nice and fresh, as everyone wanted to eat it. Kids corner: the room smells very bad, the toys are old, broken, lost.

rooms: big, getting cleaned every day. comfortable beds and pillows. swimming pools: nice, suitable for small kids. clean: overall clean hotel food: nice ice cream, pancakes and pizza. choice of food. personnel: Friendly personnel and animation team (especially at the kids corner). They make nice make up on the kids’ faces and in the evening there is kids disco.

-The restaurant is horrible! The food without taste, for children they don’t have anything. - The water in swimming pool was very cold. - The room wasn’t clean enough. They don’t have attention for the details.

There was a big problem with not enough sunbeds for the hotel guests and it was very frustrating when you cant find any near the kids pool as a parent to watch your kids. It was about stressful when it should have been relaxing for parents also to enjoy while kids had fun in water. Also, there was every morning a long waiting line for pancakes and I had to wait while my kids ate their food, as they wanted pancakes after food. This pancake station should be bigger with 2 people to make the pancakes faster.

I liked the various pools we could enjoy, plus the kids slides were fun for kids. The food was good not great.

Room: - Cleaning was bad. - The floors were not vacuumed thoroughly. - There was mold in the shower. The shower door was half broken. The shower shelf was half broken, as well - Our room's balcony was dirty with sand when we checked in. - Beach towels were not changed every day, as they promise. - Sheets changed only once during our 7 night stay, and we had to ask at the reception for this. - There were cobwebs in the corners of the room. Dirty, stained curtains. The dresser was not vacuumed at all, inside, and the dust was piling up Hallway: - Dirty hallway, with dirty carpets Restaurants: - The plates and glasses in the main restaurant were not very clean. Food: - Very poor choices for babies under diet (no sugar, no salt) - we found some fruits, egg in the morning and some steamed veggies for lunch/dinner. - No meat to choose from, as all was salty and/or greasy. Amenities: - We were not allowed to use the pools after 6PM. - The waterslides are only for kids between 1 and 14 and they are open under a very tight schedule: 10 to 12 AM + 3 to 5 PM - Playground for kids had an indoor area which was only open during short short intervals each day.

The hotel had big swimming pools with plenty of areas for the kids. Good breakfast

The sunbeds around the pool and the beach are not as many as I expected. many, We needed to be early in order to get a sunbed around the pool and on the beach, The wifi was not great. We didnt have barely any at some point.

The hotel and staff are excellent. The location of the pools and the children swimming pool are excellent. The food was so delicious and there is a variety of fruits and vegetables. Everything is easy to access and even with crowded restaurant you are able to get your food and drinks without any problems. The receptionist are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned on a regular basis and all the towels are changed daily. The rooms have huge balconies and outside tables. There isa great entertainment for the children in the evening, the bar at the seaside, on the beach is really handy and quite an asset in the hot weather. I would love to stay at the hotel again.

We arrived 10:30 and must go away from hotel till 14:00. Reception took passports for a few hours for registration.

Perfect location with public transport. 409 bus for all places - city, park, station, mall, airport. Good food, clean room, nice pools

Water was cold in all the pools, even in the kid's pool so we could not use them. Food was in general good with many options, but the more popular food options like pancakes, omelletes or fries, were always running out and you had to spend a lot of time in the line for these to be cooked. Pasta options and coffee available at the buffet were not good at all. Too many stairs everywhere is not very good when you have small kids.

You have to go 2 km to theyr 's beach. They have a small shuttle with 17 places but sometimes it's not enough. When You go to eat dinner sometimes you can't find clean dishes and you must wait for someone to bring a few. Because they have just 4 elevators when are rush hours you must wait even 10 min to catch a free one so even if you don't have a beautiful panorama book a room at the first levels.

Slippery surface near the kids pool, poor air conditioning (had to call for the maintenance, things got better afterward). Quite far from the beach, had to plan carefully to catch the shuttle.

Great pools, large room. The animators team was very funny. Thank you, Misha, for paiting my son's face every day :))

= Pools The main pools are too deep even at just 1.5m - people who can't swim can't enjoy them. The indoor pool is even deeper than that at 1.6m. It would be great if you could raise the bottom to a part of the lower pool. Maybe add a platform that will allow the creation of a shallower area without rebuilding the entire pool.

= Rooms Clean and well maintained. Just as last year = Food Good and plenty, with a lot of variety = Beach It was nice having a larger beach, more chairs and umbrellas and the beach bar was a nice touch. Even though we had to deal with the shuttle busses (kudos to the drivers) = Pool area A lot fewer mosquitos than last year.

The shower and the sink were a little bit dirty. Also, some of the glasses and the plates in the main restaurant were a little bit dirty. The beach is quite far and you can't really walk but they provide a bus for this

The room and the hotel look exactly as in the photos. The water in the pool was clean and at a good temperature. The Greek restaurant had very good food but with a few options of food without gluten. We received towels for the beach and a bag for them. The drinks were very good.

Fighting for sunbeds was awful, never seen such savage behaviour from tourists in other countries. Parking is overpriced. Timetable for everything including restaurant, beach and pool visit - not comfortable with kids, they want to sleep while there is dinner time, had to wake them up to eat.

The room was very clean and comfortable, toilet and shower were 2 separate rooms (luxurious)). Very interesting pool for children, food was delicious and variable, everybody liked it.

The staff were really unfriendly. The private beach is not near the hotel and you have to take the bus to get there. Limited options on the beach bar.

My kid enjoyed the entertainment programs in the evenings. I liked that it had enough pools and it did not feel crowded.

The food- bad, the breakfast was the same , the rooms was cleaned every day , but it was a superficial cleaning . Are 2 restaurants , Bulgarian and Greece but for us the next reservation it was after our living so we haven’t the opportunity to try them .

We didn’t appreciate the fact that hot drinks were served in plastic cups at the snack bar and at the beach bar. It would be great if the hotel made more effort to reduce their plastic usage, like cups, straws etc and replace them with paper/reusable ones. Poor variety of drinks at the beach bar for all inclusive.

The hotel was very nice, spacious and clean room and bathroom. Food was tasty and lots of options. We had a comfortable stay and we enjoyed the private beach. We also liked that we could use the facilities until later after checking out of the room at 12pm.
