The hotel is literally on the beach. You walk out, take 3 steps and you are on the beach. The food was ok, nothing wow but it has a good variety to choose from. You also have a good choice of drinks

No info was provided on arrival about the all inclusive details or welness services. We read about these in other reviews. You can access an outdoor pool in the complex, which is few hundred meters away, but even there the guy at the bar told us initially that we don't have any access. We got in only after another colleague at the bar stepped in. I doubt we were the first to come there till this time - probably wanted to do some extra money... This is a hospitality service and customers should be informed from the start of everything/at least hand a brouchure or a small paper with the info. When we came there was no queue or a high demand of service at the reception. We got checked in and that was all. No additional info. Some of the reception staff needs more training. Except the happy guy presenting the traditional stuff at the dinner entry, no smiles during our stay which is a bit sad as the service volume can't be compared to a larger hotel. On the website of the hotel its mentioned that each room has its own set of sunbeds but suprise, people from outside the complex come, without bracelets and occupy them and there is nobody handling this from the hotel.

The room we stayed in was nice, decent size and clean. There was an ok variety of foods and drinks for each service during the day.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location: right on the beach, 5 minutes from the restaurants and nightclubs of golden sands and still quiet because it is on the edge of golden sands. The rooms are bright and beautiful, the food buffet is rich and tasty and the staff is extremely friendly.

We had to go to the other site (Riviera Beach) for swimming pool & Gym but could not get drinks from the bar! Also the gym was not staffed! some children could get hurt playing with the machine!! No water in the gym!

It was clean and comfortable by the beach! Staff go to great length to satisfy guests! Big thanks to Kiril, Margarita, Yana, Nikola, Sash, Nedelcho, Kristalina,Milena, Daniela, Kaloyan and all restaurant staff! They provided soya milk at our request! Food was excellent! Restaurant top class!

i don t know if the guests from Nympha can benefit from the Riviera pool all summer long or it was just a favor for us, being among their first guests, but i didn like the fact that we could not order from their pool bar (drinks were allowed, snack food not, which is a little unconformtable when your kid is looking at other people eating donuts or icecream). this i did not like and hope they offer the same treatment to all their guests.

we arrived at this hotel on june 3, for 1 night and had the All In package. although they had opened the place 1 day before and there only 4 rooms occupied and we were afraid the food would not be ok, they did their best to provide the few guests with delicious meals. not that much variety, but very tasty. the hotel was right on the beach, nice sand in the area and sunbeds included nice and comfy room, clean and nicely decorated barhroom. short walk to the center of Golden Sands, yet very quiet and peaceful place. they belong to Riviera chain of hotels and we were able to enjoy the wonderful outdoor swimming pool from their main location, Riviera.

The beach. Some measures must be taken to change the current situation. There was nobody who checked if people on the beach are from Nympha hotel, Many people from other hotels came and took shezlongs. We chose to come specially in September, not in "hot" season' and there were days when all first line shezlongs were occuppied by guests from other hotels. Some of the guests from other hotels behaved agressive and challenging which made the situation even worse. It's impossible to stay calm on the beach as people from other hotels and zones are moving and walking there and back all the time as the beach is situated near to so-called free zones and is not fenced. The same problem which remains from the last year. No access from the hotel to the town, only walking on the sand which causes problems, especially in the evening, we had to use garbage packages not to spoil shoes. There must be a solution for this. For example, to let access only for guests from Nympha hotel through the car parking, putting there a guard.

All guys from the reception and bar were amazing. A separate thanks to Kiril Angelov, a kitchen manager who is simply great :) The hotel is nice, new, with modern furniture and beautiful location on the beach.

The pools were far away and old and you had to pay for drinks there, and you also couldn’t easily get nice drinks/snacks from the hotel for the beach. The gate going to golden sands didn’t work so you had to go through the hole in the fence on the beach.

The ice cream machine on the 2nd floor did not allways work French fries not so tasty Lack of toilet paper on the 2nd floor,next to the lobby area The music in the restaurant:Roxette all and over again,the same 10 songs at breakfast,lunch and dinner. Please reconsider using youtube,or radio.

Thebeach access; the food was healthy and tasty; all inclusive bar on the beach; the rooma were cleaned ,the bathrooms big enough. It's been a wonderful vacation.

Food wasn't great, unfortunately. Soft drinks and beer were awful. Sun beds are always "reserved" (kept busy using towels) by tourists one night in advance. Hotel stuff can do more to accomodate a fifo approach ( first arrived first served)

Direct way from hotel to the centre Golden Sands is only through the beach Will Be better to open Loci door from the parking and have security there.

Everything in the hotel was fine. We were fully satisfaid. Clean rooms, equipment, variety of foods. Staff at reception desk speak english and were very helpful and kind.

Do not have really any complaints, I would advice guests to book bigger rooms with a balcony.

The location, the fact that the hotel is on the beach - easy access, so perfect for families with children, I also liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the linen and the towels were changed dialy + the view is amazing.

Safe in my room didn’t work, they tried to fix it, but they couldn’t. They put new safe in 3 days after I started fussing and requested talking to manager. I asked for upgrade for my inconvenience, but no, they didn’t do it.

Location was great, hotel is right on the beach. They provide beach towels, and drinks outside hotel on the beach. It’s not a big hotel, so it’s not crowded. Staff is very nice and helpful.

The fact that there was no main hotel entrance for pedestrians, we needed go get in/out through the beach, which isn’t always convenient.
