Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BrazilThe hotel is great for people from the sips that stays a couple of nights, I believe that we were the only family on the whole hotel. The restaurant was missing basic meal options for kids, the shower did not function well, I believe it was because we were on the upper levels, , the cold water pressure was inadequate. The elevators take some time to show up, we had problems making the key to be recognized by the evelator sometimes.
Room size was awesome, we could take a look at the every cuise ships that leaving the bay, the beds size was also perfect. The hotel is near a big shopping mall, It is a rather away to go walking, but it is less than 5 minutes by car.

The hotel was excellent. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff allowed me to check in earlier than 4pm after I’d had a very long international flight. I was very grateful. breakfast was good with a wide selection of food. there’s a supermarket and pharmacy close by.

Romaniawe arrived on a Saturday, when the front desk staff told us the hours for breakfast - until 10:30. We were staying until Monday, breakfast included. Sunday morning all good, we had our breakfast, but then Monday morning, at 10:04 we came down to the restaurant and got the notice that it was closed already, as on weekdays breakfast ends at 10am. Front Desk never told us that when we checked in, and when we announced them right then we got a half apology. We left hungry. Not a nice end for a weekend stay.
Location was good and the room was big enough.
