This place is right in the center by the plaza. A micro apartment perfect for 2 people with a fully stocked kitchen, a washing machine and a smart tv. Maria provides coffee/olive oil/rice, extra towels and linens, body soap....its basically brand new. Clearly she is starting a new project here and she is doing AWESOME.

The swimming pool and the leisure areas in general were really pleasant, I would have spent more days there if I could!! The staff is is very friendly and attentive, always doing their best to guarantee you have a good experience.

The staff is very rude. Since the reception till the bar. In fact, I’ve complained directly to there. Feel like they are doing a favor to us . At the restaurant just 4 guys was polite and nice. I remember Fabricio and Bruno. The other two guys work at the restaurant at night was also nice. The room 314 smells like pee. There is no warning saying not to play with the dogs. I didn't know, I was bitten and I went to the reception, they treated me well but later in the day it was possible to see the girls and two guys who work at the reception checking the cameras and laughing. Honestly it’s a beautiful place but for how expensive it is I expected at least friendlier staff. It was my fiance's first time in Brazil and we chose this hotel and it was disappointing. I always complain that London people are bad-tempered, I always say that Brazil is Ouro Preto and has the friendliest Brazilians, it was embarrassing

Arrived to late for breakfast and requested a sandwich. I was informed of a35 minute wait. Unacceptable in a five star hotel. A fifteen minute wait at the sun deck for an orange juice.
