The rooms are extremely basic and the facilities are very old. Shower and sink not in great condition and the bedsheets had stains. A safe in the room would also be a nice addition.

Great location on Paulista Avenue. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was fairly decent. A/C in the rooms.

Climbing three flights of stairs suck and the rooms were too small. Very cheap hotel so I really can’t complain much but I was expecting an elevator and a better breakfast area. Everything is too thought. Feels like a hostel with private bathrooms

Rooms are far too small. Bathroom you can't even sit straight on the toilet. Wouldn't stay any longer than a couple of nights. The room didn't look like the picture.

toilet was very old and shower did not have a door. overall structure is a bit old and I saw a small cockroach in my bedroom.

Pillows are awful. It was quite disappointing to have asked for a few extra days stay just to be ignored. They promised me they'd answer ASAP and never have... Also , showers are literally on top of the toilet seats and the whole of the bathroom gets soaking wet. And one barely has any space to wash. Only Some rooms lack a frigobar . They lack lifts and do not assist us with luggage carrying....

Breakfast is good. Air conditioning is great. Location is amazing.

The bathroom!!!! The shower was almost above the toilet, very uncomfortable, it looked like the architect needed to fit all(toilet,sink,shower) in 1m². When you sat on the toilet, your knees didn't fit. The bathroom door also didn't close well. Plus the window in the bathroom didn't work, so we couldn't close it for the night. The sockets were right above our heads. The TV was super slow.

The stuff were very helpful. The location is close to the subway.

noice, the balcony doors don’t close properly so more noice gets in the bed is a queen size but not exactly a queen bed, it has a opening on the middle because is actually two smaller beds put together the hotel staff wasn’t exactly careful with using a face masks and the attention was nothing but average
