no places available to sit in the swimming pool, we had to sit in a table very close to the smoking area, so we had to move because of the annoying cigarette smoke. I hope the hotel move the smoking area far from guests. also, a lot of dogs barking everywhere. our mattress was awful, there was a part very down.

the gym is amazing, restaurant was delicious, room spacious.

Cleanliness was surprising. It might have been last customer's fault but there was an underwear inside bathroom's closet! 0_0 It was disgusting to discover that in the upper side of the closet. I recommend to take a look on every corner when the room is cleaned.

The assigned room needs to be refurbished urgently. Although I made de reservation one day before arrival (arrived at 08:00h following day), there was no better room available.

I can not think of anything to improve! They even held a bag of popcorn for us for three days so they could pop it for us when we called for it. Unbelievable establishment and people.

The best breakfast I’ve had in any hotel. The customer service was above and beyond, and our room and view were unmatchable. This is our favorite hotel in the world.

Everything! The location, room, food, and especially the staff! Everyone we talked to or helped us was amazing. So nice from the time I contacted regarding my COIVD test to travel back to USA. They made the appointment for me and the lab came to my room. I have so many good things to say about this hotel and the staff! Amazing! My next visit to this city, I will stay here again for sure!

Breakfast had a lot of options but the quality of the food was a real let down. The bread and pastries always felt like they were a day old, and the cooked foods seemed to be cooked in a hurry and with little care. For instance, the tapioca was quite dry and the eggs benedict were served cold. Hotel seems in need of a refurb and a deep clean of the carpets, especially in the rooms. In terms of the facilities, it was more like a 4 star hotel, not a 5 star one.

Great hotel and location to explore the city. Amazing and helpful staff really made the difference during our stay. The variety of fresh fruit and juices at breakfast was a big plus. Large room and great view.

There’s not much around the hotel in terms of restaurants etc but honestly I don’t know SP well enough to comment on the location, it just didn’t seem like somewhere you can walk out the door and go to a shop or cafe, but Uber is great and cheap in the city.

From the moment you step foot in the hotel the staff are incredible. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and to make everything about your stay as easy as possible. I was travelling on my own with my 3 year old son and everyone’s helpfulness and kindness really stood out. The rooms were very clean and everything smelled so fresh! The bathrooms are gorgeous and spacious. Definitely somewhere I would recommend staying while in SP!

The charge for early check-in was unreasonable as most of the rooms in my level '' at least' in that level'' were empty . The front desk said they have to empty and clean the room for me specially which was not correct . He said for 17 dollars more, it turns he meant 70 ! Which i would not accept if i knew. I have photo from the coridors of my level dirty ! For 5 star hotel that was shocking! The shower had problem which did not fixed all days i was there . I have film it . No tissue in room . Water in room was open . Very old looking amenities in room . Looks max a 3 or 4 star hotel . For grand hyatt it was awful
