Good location, helpful and friendly staff and excellent security. Nice clean room with fan, comfortable bed and good shower, also quiet at night. The buffet style breakfast was good, as was the use of kitchen and washing machine.

My room looked on to the street so could be a little noisy but I had ear plugs so slept really well.

The owners of this hotel are very accommodating. My early flight to Sao Paulo meant i arrived way before the check-in time but I messaged to ask if I could leave my bag until my room was ready and twenty minutes later when I arrived they let me check in 3 hours early. The hostel is spotlessly clean and has a lovely friendly ambience. It is a well-organised place and feels very safe. There is a very pretty outside area with interesting and exotic plants - some are even labelled with their Latin names. Breakfast is generous and delicious.

1. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable. I work online and this has actually caused some problems. I couldn't work from my room due to the intermittent Wi-Fi signal and had to work in the dining room. The signal there was also not optimal, but sufficient. 2. No free potable water, but they provide free coffee and hot water.

It was nice experience, but there's two things that I noticed: The breakfast service closed too early. And there was no way to boil water during the afternoon, so if you wanted to drink a hot tea you're stuck with warming water in the microwave. It would be nice if they had a kettle for everyone to use.

A fantastic location close to a Metro station and services around the neighborhood. Great breakfast with a lot of options, with a refigeratior and a kitchen in case you want to make your own food. Comfy beds and the Wi-fi worked flawlessly. Quite satistied for the price I paid.

My bedroom had a toilet outside the room, which was a little uncomfortable but not a deal breaker for me.

Everything was clean and the staff were very kind and friendly, I was welcomed and felt at home from the moment I stepped into the hostel. The breakfast, which was included, was great, offering a fair variety of fruits, cakes, breads and eggs on demand. The area is residential, but very quiet and you can find a bakery, restaurant and pharmacy at a 2 minutes walk distance, this is one of the best places in SP, especially when it comes at such a price.

The Pillow was a little bit hard and unconfortable. The mattress was ok.

Staff very lovely and helpfull. Breakfast simply delicious with fresh fried eggs. Clean place with two fridges and a kitchen where we can cook our meals. Two televisions, one in a living room and another in the dinning room. I would stay there again 😊

very Minor: - the automatic ‚room opener/key system‘ is quite loud every time you type in the code on your room door it makes a loud-ish noise which can be irritating if you only arrive during the night and don’t want to wake up other guests.. - might feel a little uncomfortable knowing that when you arrive after 11 pm you have to ring the bell to be let in meaning that the owner of the place needs to get out of bed to open the door for you.. but I guess it’s their choice and shouldn’t bother the guest:)

The towels costed extra, which wasn't surprising, but towels in my opinion are more essential for the guest as compared to free breakfast. Bidet wasn't functioning properly in my room. At least a small chunk of soap would've also be welcome in the bathroom.

Good breakfast, strong water current, spacious bed, nice system with electronic codes for doors (which means no hassle with keys). Nice common spaces, good and responsive receptionist. Also, it is possible to leave one's luggage in a locker or in the lobby, which is also nice.
