I recently stayed at this amazing hotel where the staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect. The spacious rooms and the amazing view of the mountain added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The warm welcome and helpful service from the staff made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay!

There is not many 'things to do' or restaurants or shops in the area (apart from the small shopping mall nearby) and the area around the hotel is quiet but his may suit some people.

The hotel is very impressive - as soon as you arrive you feel like you are in a high-end hotel. Car parking valet service was great - you just arrive, drop the car off, paid there and then and go to the hotel, very easy. You can get your car anytime of the day or night. Our room was very modern, clean and spacious and the VIEWS were AMAZING!!!!!!! Breakfast has plenty of choice and the area is large and spacious, no complaints. The location is a little further from the city centre but suited us. Uber's are cheap so isn't a problem. The beach is literally 2mins walk across the road and it's a fantastic beach which is just as good as Copacabana or Ipanema but just more quiet and chilled out and WAY less people!! The pool area was a highlight - fantastic large pool (including shallow pool for kids) and it was never really that busy so never an issue getting a table or chair. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel

Our stay was great, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel's rooftop restaurant was great and has a great rooftop view and is great for a date night! The location is a 20minute drive from all main attractions but was easily accessible! Would definitely be back!

Variety of breakfast can be improved. When it's crowded, there is disorganizing in how the staffs work in reception areas. each customers not knowing who should be served by whom.

Location is halfway between airport & downtown which is quiet, safe & convenient. The place is very clean & spacious, view is great and facility in room is convenient, sufficient and bring us pleasant.

There were some minor drawbacks like breakfast menu could have been a bit more diverse (not many meat options e.g.) or my bed linen had a hole in it - not smth you expect from a 5 star hotel. Apart of that, it was a nice experience.

Basically, it's a very decent hotel with very helpful stuff, a bit further away from the crowds but next to a beautiful beach. Rooms are spacious, you have everything you need including the iron in the room which is not that common but is a big plus. I also liked the pool (and bar by the pool) + fitness centre where you have a lot of different machines and free weights for training. The room was cleaned every day very quickly while I was out, so I would also rate the cleanliness at a high level.

The staff except the lobby does not speak much English Presents at as a 5star but you dont even get a free bottle of water, you have to pay for everything The breakfast menu was still the same

Safe a lot of security guarda all around the property Really helpful staff at the reception, I got sick during the stay and helped me to get medicine and were checking up on me regularly.. shoutout to Victor who is gonna do anything to make your stay pleasant Amazing beach, with not much people, no one is bothering you Reasonable room service prices

The breakfast was the same every day and we were there for 8 days They charged me for lunch when I didn’t have lunch. It took three trips to reception to get this charge removed. Although the location was good, it was quite far from the main attractions and we had to spend a lot on transport.

I like the meals. There was a good variety of food and something for everyone. Gym was good. Nice machines for a hotel gym Pool area was fantastic. We spent a lot of time in the pool. Location was good. We could walk across the road to the beach. There was a special exit to the beach at the back of the hotel which was very convenient The lobby was very spacious

On two days buffet lunch was replaced by a 3-course menu. The food was ok but choice was limited.

Nice room with a nice view. Everything worked, nothing was missing and the cleaning was good. Breakfast sufficient. Lunch is good. Dinner was great. Very pleasant staff. Would book the hotel again.

a 5-star hotel in this price range must have many details that go without saying. The towels are old, the gym is poorly equipped, the daily restaurant has bad food, the cosmetics are in the 3-star category (I expect to have a larger selection of cosmetics), the water was paid for and often the cleaners did not refill the refrigerator, the sauna is cold and does not work well, and that exists more reasons.

The staff and reception are very friendly, the view is beautiful.

The towel situation they have is kinda odd at the pool

Everything the location was perfect just a little bit out of the way of all the crazy tourists stuff but still close enough to enjoy it all! The free breakfast buffet it’s so freaking yummy we couldn’t get enough pau de queijo!

The lift getting stuck on the 26th floor haha. Waiting quite a bit for the lifts at time was frustrating but that is a minor dislike.

The hotel has a wonderful view overlooking the favelas and the beach. There is always great entertainment. The food was really good and breakfast was just stupendous.

There was an obnoxious security guy who wouldn't let my wife up to the room because she wasn't wearing her wrist band. We're clearly married. It's not like she was some random girl I was bringing to my room! He just wanted to demonstrate power and it ruined the mood for the day!
