The resort is a bit further away from porto de galhinas and the road leading to it in very bad shape but will be renovated in July/August. Expect a lot of families/children. the beach (with beach bar) is rather narrow so it's quite packed.

The infrastructure was very nice, very nice buffet with a lot to choose from. Very relaxing atmosphere with quality live music every night. Swimming pool is very enjoyable and there is a beach with no waves since its protected by a reef. Very good hospitality. you get a free shirt upon arrival and welcome drinks and water + snacks when you leave.

The underground game & play rooms. Small, dark and feel very detached from everything else. In a rainy day it was obvious how the place could’ve benefited from a larger and more comfortable entertainment area.

The pools were great for a family with a kid. The beach in front is superior, if compared to some other resorts in the same area. Restaurant was nice.

The shower had a lot of mould stains in the grout. It didn’t smell bad so probably just stained but I would think with a place like this they would service the showers more. Other than that the breakfast got a little boring by the end because it’s the same everyday and the food over all in the resort was hit and miss. Somethings we ordered were amazing and others really bad.

The stay was wonderful overall. We were travelling with our 1.5 year old twins and the facilities were great. There is a small pantry for babies to sterilise bottles with a microwave and fruit available whenever you want. Lots of places to play and the staff were very helpful, friendly and never made us feel bad when our girls made a mess at breakfast. There are lots of families with children there so probably not the best if you are a solo traveller or looking for a romantic stay, but amazing for families. They even had babysitters available if you want some time together with your partner.

The resort exceeded our expectations: location, cleanliness, staff, etc. It's ideal for families as the swimming pool is really good for our little one. So you don't have to worry about anything. We are definitely coming back again.

The location is far away from Porto de Galinhas, the city near by. It would be great if the hotel was offering some type of free transport there, like a van service. The beach is quite narrow and it is a bit annoying all the sellers trying to sell various products to you.

The hotel was very new and stylishly decorated. The pool area is wonderful. Super easy access to the beach. Nice views.

No duvets at the hotel. The place is quite hot, but whenever the AC is on, we could use some warmer blankets.

Great apartment, literally 5 feet from the beach. The private pool was also amazing. The water was always warm, even early in the morning or late at night. The pool bar was very helpful and with quite reasonable prices. This is as close of paradise you can get on earth.

Waiters chatting or not paying attention to you. Management doesn't seem to do their job in organising their staff. Requests take long time. Not worth the price you pay. Wi-Fi keeps on cutting and was not ready for 3 days.

It is a minor thing, but the baby chairs in the restaurant were not great for smaller babies, they don't feel safe since they are open in the front.

Gym, however, is not well ventilated. Rooms have poor storage. Not a single drawer.

Location is great, right by Muro Alto beach but also close by Cupe, another amazing beach. long nice pool. Food is great taste and quality wise. Very helpful and lovely staff. Big windows in the rooms which is awesome because it’s breezy all year long.

The rooms are very exposed to the noise at the corridors. We couldn't use the safe box and they didn't fix it. Too much plastic wrapping the cluttery.
