Mosquitos in the evening at the restaurant.... we has to leave before our food was serve and request to be sent to the room The meals a la carte are not that appealing except for the green soup (was delicious) The beach isn’t in front if the hotel

Very good breakfast in despite of snacks from room service.

My requested joined double rooms weren't considered by the room's distribution, as confirmed, but the receptionist managed quickly to rearrange it!

For the price, shower should be better. Very weak waterflow. They charge high price for parking with NO valet, you have to park by your own and pay R$20 a day.

Bed, location and breakfast. Maybe the best in the city and I know lots of hotel in Santos and this one is amazing. All they need is to solve the shower outlet and lower the parking rate.

Two elevators for the whole hotel made it very difficult to get to room or restaurant. No kettle in the room, no complimentary welcome water on arrival which I expect for that price.

Room was nice, liked the pool. Staff in particular in restaurant was very nice. Around the pool (bar) area was dirty in the morning.

Hotel restaurant is limited buffet. WIFI was on and off. Bathroom needs some maintenance. A lot of homeless people sleeping very near hotel.

Nice location, close to the beach and restaurants. Hotel has fitness and a nice swimming pool.

we had no privacy in our room , people hanged outside the window showed up in the morning , and we stayed at the 4th floor.

I already stayed at this property, several years ago, however, it was another carrier brand the ran the hotel. My wife and me were very disappointed to have our privacy broken by a worker from the hotel showing at our room window very early in the morning . nobody said noting about when we checked in. besides for two days our room was not clean, even we called front desk several times asking for .

Breakfast was improvised in a different room with few options. No options for lactose intolerant or vegetarians. The parking lot is terrible, and there's no way around it.

The restaurant was lovely, organized, and clean. The size and aspects of the room were comfortable. The event rooms have good space. The hotel is close to the beach.

WLAN does not work (download rate between 0.2 and 13 mbps), interior is very old, staff wasn´t well trained, not worth the money

Hotel facilitys very poor admistrated. Stayed on the ,5th floor on the "Front TOWER"! At 9pm the front door access was closed and we need to get a lift to 7th floor walk around about 10 minutes and take the lift on the back tower. It feels like Holiday camp (Colonia De ferias) other than few stars hotel.

All Staff was above expected.

Noise. The sound insulation of the walls is not good. You can clearly hear what people are talking about in other rooms, TV sound and, as the windows are not soundproof, all street noise is heard in the rooms. This seriously disturbed my sleep. Also, it seems pest control has not been made for a while, since many ants and flies have been found, mainly in the bathroom.

The staff is extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast is very good, indeed. Local is good but a bit dangerous when walking around later at night. The neighbor mall makes our lives easier meaning shopping or eating

Small windows- no view- overpriced for amenities offered- old building with very basic to offer- 2 stars type of hotel. Bedding was awful- just basic white sheets with no coverlet… very disappointing! After a couple of days I went to a different hotel (Novotel- a much better choice).

Bed Quality, Breakfast location, Breakfast quality, location of the hotel, parking for the car, the hotel is too old, do not smell good, I do believe is the worst hotel in Santos.

room service food wasn’t the greatest and could use plugs beside the bed.

room was clean, beds comfy, breakfast good, staff lovely, pool looked lovely (didn’t have the chance to try it out)
