The staff is so helpful, the rooms are so clean, the food is extremely good (lactose free including) I would like to say thank you to Bruno Duarte, because due to issues with my car, I needed to stay more hours at the hotel (after check out) and he (and all staff) was so helpful and kind!

Location is amazing in front of the natural swimming pools from Muro Alto! We stayed in one of the bungalows with a private pool which was fantastic! The food is excellent, the entire staff exceeds expectations for the attention and care of guests. The experience was amazing and we will be back again!

There wasn't anything to dislike. The cost was more than I'm used to, but the service and quality that was provided was on par with the cost. So I really can't complain.

I think the food was excellent. The grounds were kept immaculate. The facilities itself was incredible. The location is incredible. And of course the employees were remarkable. Overall it was truly a vacation that vastly exceeded my expectations.

if you are sensitive about insects,flies and bees most probably the bungalow is not for you. we even could not open the doors to avoid insect attack. bungalows are really dark and depressing, hotel room might be a better alternative. the second thing is that there is no space in the facility to spend the time after dinner. no cafe, bar, entertainment and fun

staff is really doing all their best to make everyone feel good, the quality of service, sea is best of available in this region, all the facilities are very clean, the variety of the food in the restaurant

A fantastic place! Very welcoming right from check-in. Amazing villa with a beautiful interior and all the amenities you need. We loved the sparkling wine at breakfast and dinner buffet has so many options including sashimi and various seafood. Very beautiful area with swimming pools. Highly recommended!

That although they give your the option to save energy and water by hanging your towel if you want to reuse it, they don't follow it. They still replace your towel once or even twice a day.

I think the only thing I missed was the ingredient list beside each food on the buffet. As my wife is lactose intolerant, we felt a bit concerned about her having some of the dishes offered because of that. Some restaurants would display whether each particular dish is vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, etc.

It felt like I was in paradise! The hotel is wonderful, the breakfast and dinner are excellent and the service is absolutely amazing! We had the best holidays ever. The pools and the infrastructure are fantastic, including tennis courts, pool table and the spa.

the time certain beverages ordered took to be served was extremely long which was disappointing. the lack of iron and ironing board in the room was frustrating. this is standard in pretty much every resort and hotel I’ve stayed. I’d travelled from overseas and refused to pay for this service.

the cleanliness in general was impeccable. the staff were extremely helpful and courteous and the food was incredible.

Nanai is an important employer in the region with dozens of employees, who provide outstanding customer service around the clock. I think they could be paid a bit better, as part of the hotel's commitment to socially responsible tourism, particularly when you look at the cost per room. Also, no English spoken at the reception poses a challenge when checking in, and the beach is small.

Everything was perfect, but in particular the friendliness of the staff, the exquisite food, the lovely pools, the nice rooms and balcony, the lush surroundings. Nannai is truly a beautiful and romantic place to stay (if you can afford it).

Waiters’ service availability/speed reduced in busier moments, might need a better balance to match the occupation rate.

Staff proactiveness and kindness, infrastructure readiness (pool, beach, bar, etc), Nannai’s motto (every detail matter) is really perceived throughout the stay.

for the price, service lacked a bit care: orders took time to be taken either at meals (restaurant) or by the pool/beach and sometimes also took long time to be delivered. Moreover, our baby food was never ready at scheduled time… it was not a question of staff quality, but for some reason it always seemed like that there were less people available then what was necessary to keep the service flowing smooth…

The afternoon lunch is not that great as advertise. Is better to wait for the dinner. I had some problems with some orders while ok the pool area.
