Local drinks prices, an absolute ripoff, they were selling an very poor quality bottle of water which costed 0,50 for 7,50! I will come back for sure.

We didn't like how there was always music playing on speakers throughout the resort all day and night (not overnight). There was nowhere to go to escape the music to have peace and quiet for meditation, prayer, etc, not even our rooms. It could have been worse though. Also, we booked the hotel assuming the beach it's on was usable but due to the strong currents, it's ever only usable for brave surfers. A 1 hour walk along the beach or 10 minute drive to porto de Galinhas is nicer for swimming and shopping.

All of the staff were super friendly and professional. The live bands were pretty frequent, all were surprisingly good and there was a good variety of music to please all/most. The resort had very nice and clean facilities. There were many locations to enjoy. It was never overcrowded. The pool area was very nice and ample

In general the food is very good but could have some improvements. For example, employees could be trained more about getting the right point for meat and eggs. I got overcooked food a few times although I expressed I wanted medium. Another improvement is installing phones outside the rooms so we can contact the reception. I got locked up outside my room and had to go all the way to the reception to get it fixed. It was a bit annoying.

The rooms are very comfortable, the staff is very nice and helpful and the resort infrastructure is really good. The room I stayed in had an amazing view! It was my second time at Viva and I hope to return more times.

The beach around the resort was littered. There was a giant pothole taking almost the entire street that lead to the access of the resort. The items from the bakery (pão de queijo, cakes) in the breakfast could be better prepared.

Great place for relaxing and recovering some energy. The resort is beautiful and located by the beach. The staff is awesome and the food is tasty. I recommend the breakfast and dinner, while I haven't tried the lunch. The balcony where you order tapiocas, waffles (breakfast) and barbecue (dinner) and all the typical fruits are a must.

The hotel's location is superb, in front of the beach which is beautiful, clean with warm water. The pools very nice with also warm water. A place to enjoy and rest.

The food is the same every day, no variety! We were sick of eating the same food! The bathroom in the room needs updating, the door in the bathroom shower did not close completely, there were a few water leaks outside the shower as well…Also our room was near the sewer so we could not open the balcony door during our stay due to the severe odor coming from the sewer!

The customer service from the staff was very good! The beach was beautiful, very safe and family friendly!

when we first walked in the the girl who took care of us at the reception gave us a look top to bottom, and act like we didn’t have money to stay there, she said out laud the price I had to pay for me and my sisters to stay there and that was kind embarrassing to me. if I didn’t have enough money pay I would not come to a place like that, then at the restaurant I asked the waitress 4 times for a napkin, never got it so we decided to grab from another table. so in another words the service is very poor.
