We had to pay extra for the garage (we were aware of this, I'm just saying, hehe). The breakfast was OK but it could be better (no breakfast sausages, no bacon, no scrambled eggs). The room has a balcony, I didn't like the railings (rusty and old). :(

The room a bit old and outdated. The pillows are a bit lumpy. Yes, there is a balcony, but the railings are rusty and the flooring a bit dirty. There is no variation for the breakfast for guests who are staying for 3 days and more.

The rooms have a kitchenette that is a bit helpful if you want to reheat some food. The hotel also provides a laundry room with a minimum fee for the use and for the detergent. The staff are friendly.

If I want to be very nit-picky, I could say the two elevators are rather small and wait can be lengthy at times when many people leave or return

It was dated but very clean The beds are too small. A double bed is too small for me personally and it's a pretty loud location downtown. Constant sirens and traffic noise .. not peaceful

This was a surprisingly good and clean option Balcony is a great feature as was the Kitchenette Really cool and clean penthouse pool! Would be amazing in the summer with the rooftop patio. Really nice staff and generous breakfast. Really excellent value for the money

the ventilation in the bathroom was almost non-existent. The room has a vent, but no fan, and the room ended up very steamy. other small things: - The bedside light flickered in the evening occasionally, and the thermostat was hissing quietly for some reason.

The complementary breakfast was very nice, they have many options for bread, sweet bread, bagels, sliced meats and cheeses, as well as the normal selection of drinks and yogurt. The bed was very comfy, and our room also had a balcony. There was also a kitchenette with a microwave, stove, fridge, etc. The building overall was also nice, with quick elevator service, and a pool and laundromat on the very top floor. The staff are also very pleasant!

Carpet was a bit dated and could probably use updating. Seemed like there was only one luggage cart on hand at checkout but these were all small issues.

Homeless people on City streets. Rubbish dumps every corner almost n deplorable state of the streets n roads with potholes n cracks n uneven pavements every where you walk. This is a real danger n hazardous to people.
