Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This place is very nice - it is a Victorian mansion with a historic atmosphere. Breakfast has a few options, but everything is of very high quality and very delicious.

Very nice clean hotel, feels like home, cosy. Breakfast included, the room was small but nice, comfortable, with a clean bathroom, and comfortable bed. Shampoo, conditioner included, if you don't have it with you very nice to find them there, and it's also good quality.

United KingdomThe only irritant was that the shower takes ages to get hot water. All else very lively. I would definitely return if ever back to Montreal.
We were met at the stairs by lovely manager. Sorry. Forgot his name. He carried our bags upstairs as Hôtel has no lift. We were offered complimentary great coffee in salon As we wanted. The hotel is beautifully elegant. He gave us map of Montreal and pointed out places to go and how to get there. Very useful and kind. Taxi was ordered for the morning. Breakfast provided for us very early.

Manoir Sherbrooke is ideally located close to the downtown area and other places of interest with the nearest Metro station only a few minutes walk away. The hotel and rooms are very comfortable and all hotel staff very approachable and helpful. Highly recommended.

United StatesIt is a great location Victorian style little inn. If you can snatch a reservation to fit your dates - must do. I stayed a total of 3 nights in Montreal and booked my hotel 3 months in an advance but even then I couldn’t secure all 3 nights. We only stayed one night, unfortunately.

The room was comfortable, quiet, and warm. If you prefer fresh air, you can open windows without being exposed to too much noise from the street. The location is pretty close to the city center, 15-20 min walk, and you are there.
