Did not know that we had to make advance reservation for a parking spot at the hotel. We had issues with the Indigo Parking lot nearby.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Awful noise from unforeseen closure and works to the roof terrace

Interesting artworks, we could walk into old Québec, good breakfast, all were friendly staff, fantastic support when I left a gizmo behind. The art gallery opposite is lovely and the local streets interesting.

The room had very little storage space for bags and clothes. We only stayed for the weekend, but if we had come for any longer, it would have become inconvenient.

The room was very cute and comfortable. We loved the decor and the fact that there's art all throughout the hotel, some of which you can purchase. We also really appreciated that there's coffee/tea, water, and small snacks like apples and oatmeal available for self-service all throughout the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. Apparently there is usually a fire and marshmallow roasting available in the evenings on the terrace, but unfortunately it was under construction during our stay. The location was nice - being a little bit outside of the old city gave us the opportunity to explore neighbourhoods we probably wouldn't have otherwise.

Room was clean and bright and location was great. Car parking was convenient and restarants, cafes and supermarket in the next street. Originally booked a basement room but on reading comments, upraded a level.

The room was a bit small and the location was a little noisy. We were on the first floor door right by the kitchen so if you're a light sleeper I would recommend asking for a room on a higher floor.

The hotel was so cool and in a great central location. The hotel has a ton of really fun art prices all over. The staff was friendly and helpful and put in extra effort to translate for us. There were also excellent croissants at breakfast. I would definitely stay again!

The parking was quite tight, but I think that was mostly due to the rental we were given being a little too large for the city. Our shower was a bit moldy, but I assume with the updates that will probably change. We felt the bed and pillows were pretty uncomfortable.

It was a lovely place with a great staff. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and decor. The breakfast was great in the morning and the staff were so helpful if you needed it. It rained while we were there so we didn't spend time up there but the terrace looked nice, and they offer marshmallows for roasting. The updates that were happening were looking really great, I bet it will look amazing when everything is done.

The female was not very welcoming, though this may have been due to a language barrier. She appeared to speak English but was very brief in her responses and not readily helpful. My room had a very strong smell throughout my stay. The smell was very musty and at first sense it smelled like poop. The shower pressure was intense, which also made the head produce alot of water. The tub would fill when I showered.

The male front desk agent was kind, welcoming and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable in my room. The hotel wasn't too far from the old city, walking or ubering. The hotel has good visual esthetics.

Hotel was dated. Looks much newer in photos provided by hotel on booking. Hotel was only worth it, since I paid the price of one room for two rooms. Stayed in the basement. Can get really cold in the winter time, especially the bathroom floor.

The hotel is less than 10 minutes driving distance to old Quebec, with a bus stop right across from it. There’s convenience stores and restaurants around it. The room is noise isolating.

There was minimal fruit at the breakfast but I'm only saying that because there really was nothing that we didn't like.

We were greeted by a very friendly man on the front desk. The room was clean and the decor was very funky. I loved it. The shower was great. Parking was close by and it was easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast was good.

The night watchman met me after 11:30 and not only helped me get my key but also showed me where everything was for the morning. He then walked me to my room and opened the door. The breakfast was good, not fancy but fine and opened on schedule when I walked in at the appointee time.

We chose a basement room because it was cheaper. It seemed very clean but had a funky smell. Since we booked thru Booking.com, we did not get a complimentary breakfast. It would have cost about $12.00/person to buy it on our own. We are celiac, so we opted to not eat this breakfast which was not gluten free. Be aware that there are lots of steps. We had to pull our luggage up about 8 steps to get into the front door. Then another staircase - very narrow and steep - to get into the basement. There was an elevator to take you to upper floors but not the basement.

We chose this location because it was within walking distance of interesting restaurants and the historic old town. We were able to explore on foot. The staff was super helpful and friendly. A nice bonus was that you could hang out on the rooftop in front of a fire. The next morning, it was an easy taxi ride to the port where we began our cruise.
