The suite was stunning, beautiful decorated and the view was lovely. The kitchenette was very well stocked and we loved the daily coffee - a lovely touch. The bath was amazing, loved by all the family

As described by hotel themselves - there is no phone service and the wifi is not super reliable, so expect to be offline.

Amazing room with a super comfortable and large bed! The view from the rooms and cabin to the river is so much more than you can tell by pictures. In general, I think it exceeded our expecations by a lot! We loved absolutely everything about it and dream that we can return in the future!

I really don’t appreciate “resort fees.” There were also a number of dead flies on the bathroom ceiling. It would be helpful if there were instructions for how to operate the wood-burning stove.

No air conditioning. No on-site restaurant. Too many kids running around making noise. Felt like a campground rather than a resort. Noisy train right beside the property.

Locations was fabulous. Property was rustic and cozy. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Plenty of parking. Beautiful chairs by the river.

I did not like the fact that there were many little kids running and making noise at all times of the evening and early morning. This was supposed to be a romantic getaway for us and a break from our own kids so it was disappointing to see so many kids being loud right underneath our balcony. I would not recommend this place for couples wishing to take a quiet getaway.

The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved our jacuzzi suite. The new king size bed and mattress were very comfortable. We loved the balcony.

We loved everything about our stay and definitely recommend to everyone. Our cozy room next to the creek was nothing short of mountain escape perfection. Great spot, hope to return again soon.

Our suite was on the ground floor so it was a little noisy with guests above us.

Absolutely adored our beautiful Jacuzzi Suite complete with fireplace, proper coffee, huge tub and creek view. We loved sitting out by the campfire, reading in our room with the doors open and cooking dinner on the BBQ. It was such an easy 15 minute drive to Lake Louise too. We were lucky enough to see a moose cow with her calf in the forest on our drive in. We were warned that bears had been in camp a few days before but we didn’t spot any during our stay.

Everything was Amazing from the staff to our Cabin to the view and the fresh ground coffee. It's very remote and it was something we enjoyed very much. Can't wait to go back and take our kids with us as well next time. It was great to unwind and unplug. It was a fantastic way to spend our 22nd anniversary for myself and hubby both.

The kitchenette only has a toaster oven and a hot plate, which didn't work for us. Would be better to state to bring your own cooking utilities instead.

We’ve stayed here before when there was a restaurant, this really elevated the experience being in the woods.

Absolutely love the cabins with the wood burning stove! The staff Tom & Kristen were incredible and super helpful with any questions we needed.

Leaving was hard! Also we found it would have been a bit easier with some cooking facilities for our room or a portable BBQ available.

The whole place was absolutely stunning, we love ved every minute of it. Our room was exceptional with beautiful detail and a cost feel. From the moment we walked in we had wonderful service - Shubham on the front desk was extremely friendly. We had a true Canadian Rockies experience.
