The noise coming from the fridge especially in the middle of the night that may wake you up sometimes. And it is difficult to turn it off yourself.

It would be more convenient to get ready if there is a mirror above the desk. Our bathroom lights went out and hotel staff could not fix them, so we had to move to another room. The room is a little pricey but overall it was very nice.

Front desk Tommy was extremely helpful. Water station on each floor and water jar in room were convenient. Size of room and bathroom was good. Bed and pillow were very comfortable. Roomy shower with glass enclosure and flexible shower spray were perfect. Love the shower gel (spread very easily). Pair of slippers was unexpected. While no breakfast was included, the hotel provided apples. Many choices of restaurants within walking distance.

The location was everything and more. We walked to almost every one of our activites. Whenever we needed transportation, it wasn't very moch to get to our destinations. We didn't eat at the hotel because we wanted to venture out everyday.

I could not fault anything regarding the stay even with the early morning false fire and evacuation alarm.

Our room with 2 queen beds was very spacious, very clean and well maintained. The staff were very warm and cooperative. The pool was huge but the spa room was closed for maintenance. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to dislike.

It was our first time here and we were not disappointed at all. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many aspects. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The restroom was well designed and spotless clean. The common usage areas like the pool, laundry, gym are very accessible and well maintained. It has good proximity to the touristy areas like the Canada Place and Gastown. Overall our stay here was very comfy.

2nd night noisy children in the hallway and room nearby with their tv turned up loudly.

Friendly, helpful staff. Water and apples available in the lobby. Coffee pods and maker; tea and teapot; refrigerator and microwave in our room. Beautiful pool and nice workout area and equipment. Complementary wash & dryer available for use.

the only issue we had in the loft room 207 was that the loft was exceedingly warm. we had the thermostat of cool set to 60 and the room was consistently registered at 75 on the downstairs thermostate , no doubt several degrees warmer upstairs

The fact there was a glass separating the bathroom and bedroom. There was of course a roll down curtain for privacy but it felt uncomfortable for us.

Room was quiet, beds very comfortable and everything was clean and spacious. Easy access to Hop On Hop Off, which we always take advantage in every city we visit.

The bed in this room was not the most comfortable, kinda sank in in the middle, but after a night out at a concert it didn't bother us too much.

Everything.....this place is great! Whenever we go to a Canucks game, Whitecaps game or concert we try to stay here. Walking distance to everything. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly and rooms are really nice. We had to wait a tiny bit for our room to be ready this time around, as it was a busy weekend downtown Vancouver, and they upgraded us by surprise! We highly recommend this hotel!

Nothing to complain about.

Courteous, professional and friendly staff. Extremely customer oriented without being intrusive. Absolutely excellent location, central to everything, ease of walking is great. This is our Hotel of choice when staying in Vancouver.
