Place is very old and needs renovation. Also when we booked the breakfast supposed to be included, but it wasn’t.

The location, view and price was ok but the cleanliness not very well we felt dirt in air, and when we wanted to return the in the morning 7 am no one was there and there were no place to leave the key.

Chalet is extremely dated & needs to be renovated. Rooms could use more/better lighting.

Beautiful views, secluded, and lots of mountain goat in the area. Loved having a bedroom, kitchen & seating area. Each room also has balcony & fireplace

The views were incredible. We were one of the only couples staying there and enjoyed the quiet. Great location overlooking the entire town!

Did not like the fact that a $200.00 deposit was taken on my Visa and would be returned within 7 days if their post inspection was alright. We had to droop off our room key in an open tray along with other keys in the lobby and anyone could come by, take a room key and do what they wanted to the room. Not very secure or professional.

small yet cozy for 2 people. Was disappointed that the restaurant /bar were not open at all, and we had to re arrange our source for supper and breakfast.

for us - families with a small child, they gave two separate rooms on different floors, and besides, I fell on the stairs that were not cleared of snow

Breakfast was minimal and we noticed that staff was not keeping breakfast area swept and clean. When we arrived, the temp in the room was about 15C so it took a few hours to get warmed up (also due to high vaulted ceiling).

Beautiful view over the town, valley and mountain peaks. Quiet location, with hot springs pool nearby. Room was clean.

Breakfast was grab and go, hard boiled egg and oranges. Better than nothing! There is a smell of Indian food in the hotel lobby but not noticable in the room.

Romantic hotel tucked away in the mountains. A far better stay than being on the strip of hotels in the valley. The balconies in the rooms offer views of mountains all around. There is a bedroom, living, and small kitchenette. The room and space were clean and it was very quiet.

No staff anywhere. My phone was broken in my room. Rooms pilot lights weren’t on. Rooms too hot. Doors don’t really work well. 103 door in bathroom broken. Carpet missing in some rooms.

The view was spectacular, but the windows were filthy. They advertise every room with a fireplace ...no fire place in my room.. wash your dishes, and they provide soap so watered down you couldn't clean dishes properly and the dish cloth was disgusting.no paper towel or anything to wipe up spills.

The view was spectacular.we had a great shower with plenty of hot water.the beds were ok comfort wise.

The breakfast was the worst of our visit! Cold breakfast, nothing hot and very little selection.

I really like the view, fireplace, and balcony!! Beautiful! It was quaint and cozy! The room warmed up nicely and the bed was very comfortable!!

The whole place is outdated. There was dust in every corner of the room! The living room couch is at end of life and you sink in it. There was an old smell in the carpet! The heat thermostat is not adjustable and we find it very hot overnight and we had to open the window!

Cold breakfast included boiled eggs, muffins,oranges and granola bars. Breakfast was set up in the lobby .
