There was a fire during our stay which was obviously scary and caused stress. However, I do want to note that it was handled very well, we were all evacuated quickly and were happy to be safe. We were on our way to the airport when it happened and were safely escorted back to our room by firefighters to get our luggage

We received a room upgrade and the apartment style room exceeded our expectations! It was big, modern, clean and cosy with a great view of CN Tower. We also loved the complimentary hour in the jacuzzi pool. I'd definitely stay again.

The room is very small, which was fine for our two-night stay. If we needed a longer stay, it would probably not work.

The location is great, close to restaurants and coffee shops and within walking distance to Toronto landmarks.

Everything was great, but if I had to be nitpicky I wish some paper towels or more kitchen cleaning rags were provided but that is honestly such a minimal complaint.

The room was incredibly clean/spacious and the location was excellent. About a 7 min walk from Union Station, and 10 min to St.Lawrence market. It was nice to have a kitchen space to make meals when we didn't feel like going out for dinner. Really close to Dundas square and a great coffee shop called Dineen (on Yonge). We will absolutely be back again!

The location was excellent. Union Station is a short walk away even with luggage. The subway station is just around the corner. Very new building with quiet suites. Full kitchen and laundry ensuite even with a junior one bedroom.

Our room wasn’t particularly clean on the first day, but the staff were great and sorted it out promptly.

This is not a bad thing but I found we could have used more towel racks when the towels got wet. Even in the shower, there was no place to hang facecloths Also the small cloth for the kitchen was not great. Needed a towel for the kitchen

The queen bed was also comfortable with room on both sides. The sofa bed was comfortable for a sofa bed.We used the sofa bed and it was very noisy when moving in bed. We appreciated the laundry and made use of it.

Construction going on. Small lobby but because of express check in via my smart phone, guests doesn't have to wait in the lobby during check in and checking out.

Location. Near Union Station, restaurants and public transportations. On one side of the street, you can feel how busy the city is but the hotel side is quiet despite located within city center. Highly recommended for 1-2 nights stay because you can go around the city.

I am a New Zealander and we have espresso machines in our hotel rooms so the only thing I didn't like was the coffee.

The check in was easy, the hotel lobby is lovely, the hotel is nice and clean, the room was spotless and sizeable with everything you need.

We were tired from travelling and what do you expect from a Saturday night in the city. Just a little bit outside noisiness.

Location to the train station. We arrived late from a plane trip and needed an overnight within walking distance to catch a train. The place was wonderful. We wish we had more time to enjoy the place and the city. I would definitely stay again if i would go to Toronto.
