The location was good, we were quite close to the falls and short walking distance to the convention centre. I loved the fact that breakfast was included and provided a nice variety.

United StatesBreakfast was hectic. We got there at 9am and everyone was telling us that doors to the buffet will be closed at 9.30 full stop. It felt like cattle mart, people acting like this was the last food they ll ever get.
Location was amazing. Room was good. Elevators took long time but stairs are there as an option.

United StatesThe cleaning service was horrible, they did not changed the towels and the bedsheets, even after calling them they just brought fresh towels and did not even take the used ones out, the shampoos and other stuff in the bathroom were out the time we checked in, no one even came to enquire about anything.. everything was to be asked, even you have to go to the reception to get your toothbrushes and paste, and the tooth brush quality.. USELESS..

United KingdomBreakfast wasn't great and limited for protein. The scrambled eggs were tasteless and unpleasant. If you don't eat loads of carbs for breakfast you will struggle.
Location was great, room was nice size with great view of the falls. Staff were helpful and very nice. The dining room view for breakfast is amazing. The complimentary drink was a nice touch.

United StatesThat there was only one elevator for the side of the hotel that I was staying on, but at least it was a large elevator, so that made it easier. It should be noted that the self-parking is off-site. There are shuttles that run constantly to and from the parking lot which made things a lot easier. It's also a decent sized hotel so breakfast is very crowded.
I paid for a view of the falls and my room delivered and it was absolutely beautiful. The room was clean and all the appliances worked well. The staff was really nice and helpful. Most of the things I wanted to do centered around the falls and restaurants, and most of it were in walking distance, so the hotel had great location.

SingaporeHigh prices, some front desk staff, no daily housekeeping (even tho promised for our suite), slow evelators and crowds at breakfast (same and little varieties through our 4 nights stay). Booked the suite with view of both American falls and Canadian falls on Booking.com but staff told us our room was only for partial view of the Canadian falls. We had to pay CAD150 per night (before taxes) for an upgrade to get the room with both views.
The room size, location, fallsview (paid high prices tho), friendly staff at breakfast and evening reception.

CanadaLOCATION If you are planning on doing some attractions, it will be a good walk from the hotel to Clifton Hill but with a good pair of shoes and comfy clothes, it can be fun. PARKING It's a business so depending how you look at it, it can be a negative experience for some. For us, it was worth the peace of mind. They still could bring the price down a little bit. INTERNET/WIFI They should upgrade their connection AND make it easier for clients to connect...it was really a pain to connect to their wifi. CLEANLINESS Ok...they have a lot of guest coming in and out BUT i wish the rooms would be a little bit more up to date or refreshed considering the price. We upgraded for a family room which was nice but there was long hair everywhere, sink was crusty(black/brown stuff coming out of the side of the sink), stains on some of the sheets as well and a lot of dust on the vents.
SERVICE The hotel provides great service due to the fact that they invest in making sure they have enough staff. We were there for 4 days and never had to wait very long. From the moment we arrived and wanted to park to the check-in, elevator service. They even follow-up with the text messages they send clients to insure they provide the best service possible.Everything is well indicated. All employees i encountered were super nice and helpful ! FAMILY SUITE I did not get to see the size of the regular rooms but we upgraded for the family suite and it was worth it ! Kids had their side and we had ours...a door in between could be shut down which saves me a few headaches ... it was just great ! LOCATION The location is amazing if you have a view of the falls. We were just amazed ! PARKING They offer different options depending on your budget. We opted for the valet parking for less headaches and it was worth it in my opinion. FOOD Breakfast included is a must especially being a touristic area, prices are jacked. Breakfast had the basic eggs, pancakes,sausages,roasted potatoes,bread,cereals,yogourt, apples, oranges, fresh juice (apple/orange), coffee and more options. Overall nice place to stay for a family.

CanadaCouple of issues: 1- Despite I had a booking with full description and clear specs, I was offered a different room that is partially facing the falls and would barely fit for 4 people. The reception desk has fixed the problem right away. 2- The room's key didn't work for some reason and an engineer had to come to fix the issue. 3- The room service was terrible. They were rude and didn't fulfill my request which I had to ask several time, until the reception desk intervened and solved the problem. 4- The sofa bed was old and uncomfortable at all. It needs to be renewed. Kudos to the reception desk!

CanadaThey lost my reservation and had to put it back in and then they tried giving me an economy room when I booked a premium room with a view. Had to complain to get the room I wanted but still had to compromise by giving up the king bed and taking 2 queen beds. I thought the on-site parking was very expensive considering you had to park yourself and they were not responsible for anything happening to your vehicle.
