Missed room service sometimes

People are very friendly Rooms are clean and the bed very comfortable

The area is relatively busy and therefore a bit noisy.

It was perfectly located in relation to my work conference.

Only issue was with the WiFi. Could not connect to it or the TV. However, the night receptionist came to our room and reset the router so we did relax with TV and offered to switch us to another room, but we declined as it was not an emergency.

The location was perfect for us as it is easily accessible right off of the highway as we entered London. We also planned to visit two to three locations that were scattered around different parts of town, so the location put us in the right starting point. This was our second time using this facility and returned because of the convenience and the warm reception given by both the owner and the staff.

Very musty! Bad smell in rooms. AC was not working, had to change room. Deposit 200 is way too much. It's a motel not a hotel. Big hotels don't even charge deposits.

Too small, curtain rod was broke, sink was in main part of room, not in bathroom. Coffee for one person, not two. For the price, should've been cheaper.

Overall it was fine this is just suggestion, update decor and make one or two bedroom suites...

The hand wash sink was out side the bathroom, right beside the entrance door to the unit, if your brushing your teeth and someone comes into the unit you get hit with the entrance door, was really weird, when your use to having the sink in the bathroom.

The outside of the property not so dog friendly. Lots of garbage and dog poop. There are garbage cans it lazy people!! They just need a grounds keeper.

Breakfast could have been offered. Small (but clean) bathroom. No other complaints.

The only downfall was that no breakfast was offered. But it had been cancelled due to the previous 2 Covid years. Understandable. There is a Tim Hortons across the road so we were not overly inconvenienced. The room was good for its value. Close to our destination and clean. No complaints for the price we paid.

Too expensive for what you got. $170? Really. for a room with a king size bed? The curtains didn't cover the entire window. The "secured" door wasn't secured; the swipe lock was broken. There was no swipe lock for the door nearest my room leading to the parking lot.

Wifi did not work. Stains on the blanket (though sheets appeared clean). Noise in the hallway and occasionally from parking lot. Guests disregarding the no smoking policy (though staff was very helpful and responsive in looking into the situation).

The front desk staff is very courteous. There is an effort clearly being made to keep this space clean and comfortable. The bathroom was fresh and clean, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. TV worked well and there is no street noise (apart from parking lot).

The beds aren't very comfortable, but they aren't awful. The free wifi was terrible.

Check in was easy, staff was friendly and entertaining for the kids. Room was clean, no bugs, and no odour like some reviews stated. There are vending machines available as well as an ATM on site. Microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker in room and worked fine. Ice bucket in room as well. No complaints ither then the bed wasn't very comfortable, and the wifi was terrible.

TV remote was not functioning. Also someone had brought their dogs who were not well trained and they barked a lot. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

Breakfast was not included but there were options within walking distance. Owner was greeting people at front desk and was very welcoming. A great host. Close to highway and was easy to locate. Good value for the cost and I will use it again.

Tripped on the floor in room 208 going to the bathroom in the middle of the night, thr floor was tiled at the door and the floor had a seperation about a quarter of an inch high. Accidents happen I mentioned it and the management said they would fix it up and I was satified with that

The room was clean and comfortable enough, but I thought it was overpriced.

Our stay was for one night on route to somewhere else, therefore the location was conveniently close to the highway.
