Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesHotel is difficult to find as valet entrance is on a different street and location than hotel parking. Better signage or explanations when booking for arriving guests is needed. Restaurant name and operating status unclear.
Nice hotel, convenient to Old Montreal which is within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. Marco was great.

We loved the location, quiet area. The pool was the best, like a hot bath to relax our sore muscles from all that walking. Plus greatest view from rooftop.

United StatesWe had difficulty finding the self parking as the garage door does not say Hyatt parking and to pull up to open. After driving around for several minutes we were lucky someone drove out.
Perfect location in Old Montreal as it is in walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops and activities. The breakfasts were the best I have had at a hotel in a very long time.

Portugalthe check-out day we had bfreakfast early (around 7.30) and there was only 1 person working so the service was very slow but it was a one time thing, we enjoyed everything else!
The hotel is perfectly located next to the main attractions and very close to the old port, we didn't need to use transportation during our stay. It's a 3 stars hotel but it defintely seems like a 4 stars, everything was just amazing! The staff was very nice with us and our baby and satisifed all our requests (extra bed, high chair..), the room was very nice and comfortable and we loved breakfast and dinner! Bes stay in our road trip in Canada :)

Super clean, and brand new. Love having hard floors in the room. Outdoor heated pool with a great view was a bonus. We forgot our phone charger and Noor from the front desk was happy to get one from our valet parked car! Free bar drinks was a very nice surprise! We will be back next time in Montreal!

SwitzerlandThe room is on the smaller site, still more than enough. Only the spacing between desk and bed is unfortunate. You will hit the chair against the bed and risk running into the corner, when coming home. Rooftop Bar had limited hours, but it was off season and the normal bar was availbale.
Modern rooms with a nice view. Onsite restaurant and bar. 10min walk from public transport. Ala card breakfast restaurant was very good.

CanadaEncountering a $75 fee at a pet-friendly hotel took me by surprise, especially considering my dog is a service animal. In previous hotels, the harness and collar were typically recognized without paperwork, so it might have been my oversight or an opportunity for the staff to enhance their training in this regard. Regardless of it being a service animal or not, I support an additional charge, but 35% of the total cost seems quite high. The cleaning effort would likely be consistent, whether or not my animal was present. On a separate note, the pillows and bed didn't offer the desired comfort.
The location is fantastic, offering great value for money. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the hotel is very clean. The rooftop pool is a nice bonus, and the staff pays attention to detail, making every effort to accommodate guests.
