We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyAmong the negatives for an otherwise good hotel, I would mention the lack of breakfast service and the fact that our room, despite being on the eighth floor, had no view: the windows faced a wall! The hotel is located in the city center, which, in my opinion, is a nightmare filled with neon lights, playgrounds, piped-in music, restaurants of every kind, and souvenir shops—a place that, to me, does not respect the natural beauty of the waterfalls. Such a shame. However, this is not the fault of the Vittoria Hotel, which does its job excellently.
The twin-bed room was comfortable and spacious. There was a small table, a minibar, luggage space, and a computer workspace. The staff was friendly and helpful.

United StatesThe restaurant was being remodeled but I was disappointed there were no alternative supplemental breakfast options. Asked staff where to buy wine for the room. They had no suggestions. Traveling with family and they couldn’t get our rooms close. But… on the same floor at least.
Pool open until 11pm. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

United StatesThere were body lotion and conditioner, bars of soap for the bath but no complimentary shampoo. There was a large family on our floor and so some of the kids were running the halls and screeching (having fun) but only for a short bit. What made it worse was another patron/guest came out to swear at them to shut the F up which was less than pleasant. This is not in the hotel's control.
The pool was large enough that it didn't feel crowded, but it's probably no more than 20-25 people at a time. The hot tub was very nice. The rooms were very clean. The location was ideal for being able to access the touristy part of Clifton Hills and the SkyWheel.

United StatesI think this hotel is behind in amenities and furniture type. Towels are super cheap, very hard to dry off without feeling sandpaper. Toilet tissue is super cheap and won't explain that. Linens need to not smell badly of bleach and rooms don't smell great.
The hotel front desk staff and housekeeping was excellent.

The pool and spa were clean. If there were issues, the staff fixed the issues right away. The rooms were cool, no issues with temperature. It was easy to come and go, friendly staff.
