The bunk bed design is not good. My son hit his head when he was sitting down on the lower bunk and leaned back after unpacking his suitcase. We had to ice it through the night. We are very concussion aware so it was disconcerting. Also it would it is pretty low for when they wake up too, can hit their heads. So I reminded him a lot to be very careful. Top bunk too, part of it is under a bulkhead. So I told my daughter to be very careful too. So this was stressful. If not for that, the place is nice.

Place was nice, great pool and hot tubs space, beautiful location. interiors are modern and clean.

I wish I’d found this hotel earlier and stayed longer. Loved the location just a few minutes drive from Lake Louise, our bed was comfortable and we loved the indoor pool and hot tubs.

The price is all-inclusive for many services including the pool and hot tub. There is no option to opt-out of these extra services, making it costly for guests who don't want to use these services.

Amazing location and very good services. The campus includes restaurants, a nice cafe, and an outdoor gazebo where they have live music in the evenings with campfires.

Room temperature. Our room was too cold for us. It was 16°C, which might be okay for some people. However, we had spent the whole day outside, including in the rain, and we were looking forward to staying in a warm room. Additionally, the hot tub only operated until 9:45, so it was too late for us to use it. Despite this, I would like to express my appreciation for the manager's cooperation in helping us resolve the temperature issue. Food. Food was very simple and in my opinion overpriced. So I can not recommend going to the restaurant.

The facilities were great. We went to the swimming pool and hot tub, and it was very nice. It's cool that you always fill up your water bottle. We stayed in the main building, so it was also very comfortable to see these facilities, including the restaurant and coffee place.

We didn't need the 2 beds in the room. I slept near the window & it was very squishy getting in and out of that side of the bed.

Loved the location, the Australian toilets and the facilities provided.

There is strange smells like dead mouse under the bed. It was already late after the kids swimming and get ready for bed, so I won’t be bother them to change the room while the kids are asleep. I feel it’s only small portion on my bed side while the kids bed is not smells.

My kids love the pool. Other than that room is very standard .

After the renovation, this hotel exceeded our expectations - it's very clean. The loft we stayed in had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hotel and amenities - the food in the restaurant was very tasty and the pool/hot tubs did their job after the long hiking day. The hotel staff is super friendly.

Pillows were worn out. The pub was closed and the restaurant did not offer the breakfast buffet that it advertises, and the a la carte breakfast was not good. The room is dated and lacks sufficient lighting. The one and only ice machine was far from our room and dispensed only shaved ice (which melts super fast).

Pool and hot tubs were great after a long drive. Location is convenient to the small town and its shops and few restaurants.

room was good with windows that opened for fresh air, a nice change. bathroom quite small which was disappointing for 2 adults use, we ate in the restaurant only once, a little disappointing and a tad overpriced but a lovely location and pleasant staff. The location was superb. Easy walking distance to variety of interesting spots. Front desk very helpful and the property's committment to sustainability appreciated very much. we would stay there again

No elevator or ramp into your restaurant. My 88 year old mother was with us and of course we wanted her to join us for supper. She typically uses a walker. 2 of us had to assist her up the steep stairs. Very unsafe! I would expect a facility such as yours would offer better services for people of all ages with mobility issues.

There was no bar open and for two nights there was only one restaurant option at night- no buffet breakfast- no Saturday night music in the gazebo as promoted- felt that we were disadvantaged coming in short quiet season

The room was small and needed updating and the walls were not sound proof! We were kept up till after midnight by people talking next door.

It was in the town of Lake Louise, so a good location. Had lovely fish and chips for dinner. The staff were all amazing.
