Hotel was excellent! Rooms were large, clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 dogs. They provided dog beds and bowls as well. Very nice of them. Fridge/freezer combo with microwave was good for storing some leftovers. Location was excellent and very close to all the historic sites in Old Montreal. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel! They're also one of the very few hotels that allow in/out privileges for vehicles so this was VERY convenient for further drives to parks, the biodome, etc.

The hotel was renovating the breakfast room so it was a bit noisy on the first floor but otherwise it did not interfere with our enjoyment of the hotel facilities.

The location is very good to Old Montreal. The staff were extremely helpful and kind.

Even what may have been a challenge (parking), the hotel staff made the seamless with extremely responsive valets that brought your car in less minutes.

I was traveling with my Father and they had one of the most beautiful 2 bedroom suite that was perfect for our visit to Montreal. Their staff was 100% responsive both at reception (especially Remi) and with the valet. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Situated right in the heart of the old town, it offers the convenience of stepping out directly into the beautiful Vieux-Montréal immersed in its historic charm. Although the furniture may not be the latest style, this was no concern for me. The overall comfort, the perfect location, and the exceptional service the front desk staff provided more than made up for it. Overall, my stay was flawless. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the best of the city with utmost comfort and friendly service.

Everyone was so friendly and kind, starting with the super nice valet who greeted us. He truly could not have been nicer. The room was wonderful; they even provided pet dishes for my cat. The room was comfortable except for the pull out couch which both kids said was uncomfortable; we ended up putting the mattress on the floor the second night. The view was of the courtyard and nothing super special but perfectly pleasant. Location was perfect. One slight glitch was they said my car was too big for their parking lot so I had to go to the science center for $35 a day, which threw me a little but turned out to be no big deal. Would definitely go back. Really, nicest people ever!

I was unaware of construction that would be occurring when I booked our stay. Also, this is probably the second visit where housekeeping was a bit unpredictable. I wish they had a door tag (similar to other hotels) where you can request your room to be made right away/sooner. We could come back from our outings and our room would still not be made, but the housekeeping cart was working in a room on the floor.

Love this hotel. We have stayed here many times while visiting family in the area. Perfect location.

Beds are a little firm and the rooms could use some updating.

Great location; very close to everything - restaurants, museums and shops. Loved the size of the suites with a small kitchen and living room - perfect for a family of 4. Notre Dame was very close yet there were no sounds of church bells so the rooms are sound-proof.
