Nothing. We loved Quebec City and after long scenic walks the hotel was in good reach for a short rest.

Served at breakfast by pleasant and friendly staff. Breakfast options suited us very well. Good location, pleasant walks in every direction. We had a great view of the shady park opposite and a city wall. (An Australians delight, I saw a squirrel in the park)

Our bed lacked one bedside table which was frustrating ie nowhere to put glass of water, watch, iPhone & charger… I had to put it all on the floor. Bathroom was very small. No safe in room but stated on Booking.com The common areas like lounge and breakfast room were very cramped for the numbers of rooms/occupants in the hotel. Although the breakfast staff were friendly, their operational mode of running breakfast was awkward and it didn’t allow for guests to easily enjoy breakfast together. Having said all this, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent location for exploring old and new Quebec on foot. Bedrooms were stylish and beds comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Our Room was next to the road so we heard cars and people well into the night, making it hard to sleep. There was no bathroom door. It was a sliding door, that kept sliding open. So absolutely no privacy when in the bathroom. Even though the breakfast was good, it was a little confusing, in terms of what was on the menu and where to get it, even though the menu was taped to the table.

Great Location to see Old Quebec. The checkin and checkout staff were very good. The room was ok, very clean. There was a bar fridge in our room, which made things very convenient. Good Breakfast.

the location is excellent for access into Old Quebec City. The rooms the entire building is extremely clean with comfortable beds, clean linens and good pillows. The parking was provided underground was about a 5-10 minute walk. The only experience we found different was the continental breakfast. Hot/baked items you will advise what you would like and one of the staff will get it for you. Some items such as cereal and fruit are available for you to do yourself. Not sure why they have chosen to do the breakfast this way, but to each their own. We had our first breakfast there, but the other mornings, we ventured down the street to different places. Overall wonderful experience 8/10

It is nice to have new towels and linen each day but it would be better for the environment if they were not changed everyday.

I can't think of a single negative thing to mention. We loved everything about this hotel and feel so lucky to have found this gem!

A truly wonderful stay! The room was perfect with a wonderful view of the park across the street where we could watch ice skating. This is hands down the absolute cleanest room I have ever stayed in. It was impeccably clean!!!! The breakfast was wonderful and the helpful, kind service started our day off perfectly every morning. The hotel is within walking distance to all of the major sites in Old Town and was only steps from the path of the winter carnival parade route. Be sure to stop into the small bakery/cafe around the corner for a treat or sandwiches during your stay. We would 100% stay here again. Perfect!
