Shower temperature control extremely stiff. TV screen aspect/ratio not suitable and could not find way to adjust. The beds are made up in an odd way: a fitted bottom sheet, not 1 but 2 sheets on top of that and then the duvet. The extra sheet just gets tangled up. Air conditioner didn't work well. Even the staff couldn't adjust it. Temperature fluctuated constantly. One side of the bed would be cold and breezy while the other would be hot. We were told to press the button on the lobby desk to call the early morning staff. This person would be able to provide a statement of charges and to assist getting a taxi. At 7:00am the young man was not very helpful, seemed flustered, spoke very rapidly and we never did get a hotel charge printout.

Comfortable bed, spacious, clean bathroom and shower, good storage and easy to use wall safe, helpful day staff and late arrival staff, adequate charging points for laptop etc., extremely quiet with hardly any sound from other rooms.

My only thing would be that I found the check in time to be a bit late...perhaps if it could be slightly earlier.

Parking is a couple of blocks away but luggage can be dropped off and they'll store it before check in while you wander.

Disappointed that I was unable to get any programs on the TV. A staff member tried but also failed. Two remote controls with enough buttons to drive a rocket, but no written instructions. Unsatisfactory

A stand for a hand towel next to the sink would have been welcomed. If you're staying for a longer period and like to put your clothes away, you may need to upgrade a room to get a dresser. No other issues.

All off the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and it had an nice upgraded feel that I felt beat the expectations for the price. Bed was comfortable, washrooms updated, wifi worked, I streamed music and movies regularly. Close to all Old City locations. Would highly recommend.
