Felt overpriced for the quality of the room. Even though it was renovated not too long ago it felt beat up and had tons of stains in furniture and carpet. Windows are dirty which takes away from the view (I get that the outside is hard to clean but the inside had fingerprints and spots from people resting their heads everywhere).

The view was spectacular. Very friendly staff. Enough parking possibility in a very crowded area. Starbucks in lobby was a great breakfast option. Bus that takes you to all the major areas stops right in front of the hotel.

Room and the view were absolutely fantastic! We also were there as part of an occasion and the staff could not have been more welcoming and made the trip extra special. The facilities were also very good and only a short walk to the falls.

It was hard to find the way to walk down from the hotel to the fall view bridge located under the road.

The fall view was very satisfying and the facilities were also good. The dyning place was also nice and it was worth to have breakfast and dinner there. The location of the hotel is close to many other visiting places within a walking distance.

You have to pay 39$ for a night at the parking!!! It says there's private parking for guests, but it doesn't mention that it costs $39 a night! So when you arrive, there's really no choice but to park in the paid parking because there are no free spots around. It feels like they're taking advantage of this to charge an exorbitant price. It really downs the experience. Additionally, they charged me $7 for unclear reasons, and the receipt they issue is full of abbreviations, so it's not easy to understand what I was charged for. Consider the parking cost before you arrive. Even though the hotel is the first stop to Niagara, the walk to it isn't short because there's a highway separating the hotel from the site. The walking distance is about half an hour.

The decor is old and tired, the lifts are appalling with waits of 15-20 minutes at times. The rooms are old and tired, the entire hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. It is just the fantastic location and incredible views, that allows such a shoddy, downtrodden hotel to charge so much for it's rooms.

Housekeeping out of 6 nights stay we only had our room cleaned 2 times. Not 1 time were our towels taken from the bathroom while placed were they said to get new ones.

The staff were extremely amazing, room view, proximity to the event we attended.

I requested a later check out (1:00) but they weren’t able to accommodate even though the room wasn’t being serviced or used right afterwards. Also, it was a very busy weekend and the elevator waits were very long.

It was very clean and the location was perfect for us. We were there for a cheer competition which was across the street and very convenient.

I was surprised by the price of parking, the discount for people who stay at the hotel was just 5 CAD. We expected the price to be at least half price.

I love the breakfast at hotel, they are nicely prepared for people with gluten-free diet, celiac disease. We found whole table just with gluten free options, special toaster for gluten free bread, packed muffins to avoid cross contamination! Well done! Thank you for making me feel safe during breakfast!
