What I did not like was I was on the sixth floor, below was the blow out of exhaust from the restaurants below, I didn't go out on the balcony, the window was dirty. Other than that My stay was good

The room was clean, housekeeping only replenished towels and garbage is what I asked for. good location closed to food and store

The location was ideal for what we had to do in Vancouver. The front desk staff was extremely efficient, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Same with cleaning staff on the 20th floor.

Everything in the hotel feels old and in need of a refurb, particularly the bedrooms. I found the area around the hotel felt safe and was nicely walkable, but others might find it a bit loud and rowdy. Davie street is great but I wouldn't call the exact location of the hotel charming.

This is a nice location, close to loads of coffee shops, restaurants, etc. It is nicely walkable to downtown and also to the to beaches on the south west, including Sunset Beach. From there you can get the small ferry to Granville Island or go for a run / cycle in the coast. This is truly great. The rooms themselves are spacious, clean and reasonably equipped. The small kitchen is usable, and it is nice to have a living room and small working area for a business trip. Given the prices in Vancouver it is good value for money and I would stay again.

Convenient location, decor needs some updating. Renovations in progress.

The decor was a little tired and there were renovations going on in the hotel whilst I was there. Water was off on two occasions which was rather inconvenient and annoying. I was given prior warning in one instance but not for the other. One lamp didn’t work in the bedroom, and dishwasher didn’t work. There was a washing machine but no detergent and no dryer.

The location was good with a lot of shops nearby and food eateries as well as supermarket. I liked being fully self contained with kitchen and cooking facilities, lounge and a balcony with terrific views to the water and the city. TV in lounge as well as in the bedroom.

Some noises pass through the walls, and how they handle emergencies. On my stay there was a big Fire situation but all they say at that time was stay outside of the building, the issue was middle of the night so many guests where no properly dressed so we end up waiting like 2 hours outside in the cold without knowing anything other than there was a fire thanks to the fire alarm.

The location is nice, close to the deck or the shops in downtown, have many restaurant close by and 2 supermarket one in front and another 1 block away, the room have a kitchen and even a washing machine. I didn't get any breakfast but they have a restaurant next to the lobby.

There was a fire that required evacuation. We stood outside in the cold for well over an hour with no information about the emergency. I would think good customer service would keep the guests informed about the status.

The view was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped. I was surprised to see a washer/dryer in a closet.

The size of the suite was as small as a matchbox. We paid around 300+ CAD per night to have the most tiny suite room to stay. The sofa was a single seater sofa! Where do you think the other person would sit ?

We booked ocean view room so the view from the balcony was breathtaking

The security deposit is a bit steep and considering I was travelling ate into my savings for my whole trip!

Location is great for everywhere I wanted to visit, English Bay , Gas Town and Canada Place. I had a newly refurbished suite which was trendy , slick and clean.

Likely in conjunction with the recent renovations the window and door in the living room allowed a chilly draft when the wind came up.

The front desk provided exceptional service, all amenities were close by with a pharmacy across the street and a grocery store one block away as well as every type of restaurant within a one block radius. The room was newly renovated and while the door to the hallway allowed some noise to enter, once you were in the bedroom you couldn't hear a thing.

The floors in the room were a little dirty, but nothing too major. The hotel was undergoing some renovations so some amenities were closed while we were there. We were told they were going to be doing some work on our floor in the morning during our stay but we were not disturbed and the renovation work did not impact our stay significantly

Good sized suite for three people. The location was within walking distance of many restaurants and places to eat. The staff were very helpful and kind. Beds were comfortable and for the price it was a great place to spend a night in Vancouver.
