Eggs in the breakfast had a strange taste, almost like a preservative type of taste, it was a hard boiled egg that was very dry and almost chemical like taste,

Great room, very clean, great breakfast- loved the variety, plenty of space, bed was very comfortable, the inn was in a perfect spot for walking to all the sites. Close enough for walking, yet far enough away to be quiet in the night hours.

The staff was supper nice and friendly. They up graded our room and moved us quickly. They suggested several different options and ways to enjoy our stay. Breakfast in bed was an extra treat, house robe and slippers a plus. Greg works extra hard and is a very nice man. Extra large room and a balcony 😀

My only complaint was having an apple on our breakfast trays every day. So many fruit options and only an apple provided. In 2 cases they were badly bruised.

Very friendly. The room was beautiful. We had breakfast in bed every morning. We enjoyed couple massage and couple pedicures. Wonderful. We were within walking distance to the falls, the casino, amusement park area, so many restaurants and shops.

First room had glass showerdoor coming apart. Had to move to other room that wasn't quite as nice. First one had a jacuzzi.

A lot of amenities like breakfast in Bed. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Large rooms. Beautiful decor and large rooms.

The appearance of the building on the outside was somewhat a surprise and unimpressive. The inside is pleasant enough and the room was large and comfortable. The extra $18.00 for parking is a turn off. I was aware of it before hand but, it’s exposed parking, no attendant on the lot, no service to warrant charging for parking when the cost of the room is already on the higher end.

Location is excellent. Close enough to walk to areas of interest and far enough from the noise and crowds. Breakfast in bed was very convenient and nice. Staff was super friendly, attentive, and the upgrade was a very nice gesture.

It was restorant but was closed on Monday. We couldn't try because we left the next day.

I liked the breakfast in the room and was very, very tasty. The size of the number is huge. The staff is very helpful 🙂 they helped to switch one bed room with 2 beds room and whith that we got a jacuzzi 🥳👌🎉

Everything was wonderful! Rooms are huge, beds soooo comfortable and totally quiet rooms despite being close to the activities of Clifton Hill. Breakfast delivered to the room was fantastic. Complimentary upgrade of room to include a jacuzzi tub. Second stay at Sterling Inn & Spa and will definitely be back.

Immaculate facility. The room was spacious beyond compare, though a bit sparse. It could use some pictures and rugs to reduce echo. The large jetted tub is a plus. Staff are wonderful. I purchased a body scrub from Nicole, and she was fabulous, accommodating, and provided a thoroughly delightful experience. The breakfast room service is a nice touch. The location is an easy walk to the falls yet far enough out of " carnival row"

The bed was very very firm. I like a firm bed but wow not sure what kind of mattress is that firm. Husband on the other hand loved it. Did not like that parking was $18 a day but I knew that when I booked it. Still kind of pricey I think.

Beautiful hotel with huge spacious palatial rooms! Huge steam shower was awesome. Liked that hey provided free water bottles which was much appreciated. It it had a mini fridge. Breakfast was brought to the room and was quite nice! Gas fireplace was awesome. People at desk were friendly and informative. Drinks and dinner was very good. Tastefully decorated. Walkable to everything.
